Personally, mine would be GoldenEye. That movie was fantastic! A true legend.

Hm Im pretty sure we already have a thread like this, not sure though.

Anyways, why would you not let my pick more than one?! D:

Oh well then one of my favorites is Diamonds are Forever.

All my favorites:

You Only Live Twice

Diamonds Are Forever

Live And Let Die

The Man With The Golden Gun

GoldenEye

btw, one thing I dislike with the newer bond movies is that they dont have the classic bond intro :(

I thought Skyfall was awesome.

I think Danial Craig makes an excellent James Bond.

I loved the music and I thought the villain was one of the better ones.

I haven't seen many James bond movies, but the newer ones are just terrible . I honestly don't think the new actor is great at all.

GoldenEye is my favorite. It was just good. Not really much to say about it.

Well I got a list:

From Russia With Love

OHMSS

Living Daylights

License to Kill

Casino Royal

Skyfall

I think if I had to pick one favorite I'd pick License to kill, I like my James Bond character and the Bond films to resemble the novels by Ian Fleming and not just a silly over the top gadget man superhero.

Casino Royale. After having seen most of the films prior to Daniel Craig's Bond debut I was anticipating it like anything. The film was his chance to show us what he had, and damn was he a great Bond. It has my favourite Bond villain (Le Chiffre is mad!) some of my favourite Bond action scenes and the casino theme just screamed Bond film.

It's quite saddening that this thread hasn't had the amount of attention I had perceived it would have. :c

Here is my top 5 favorite James Bond movies.

1. Diamonds Are Forever

2. Casino Royale

3. License to Kill

4. Skyfall

5. Never Say Never Again

And I feel like saying some unpopular opinions.

Goldfinger is Overrated

I liked Die Another Day, even more than Goldfinger.

My Opinions on Actors that may or may not be popular.

I prefer Sean Connery, Timothy Dalton, and Daniel Craig versions of James Bond.

I absolutely HATE Roger Moore. His movies were so boring and were too silly for my tastes. I prefer serious James Bonds.

Casino Royale.  This was the Batman Begins of the Bond franchise, removing some of the sillier elements of the franchise, and restoring its sense of grit.  It mixed thrills with an element of believability, and I thought it was a *great* way of updating Bond for the 21st century.

Edit:  Crap, I accidentally voted for Quantum of Solace instead.

"Now the whole world's going to know that you died scratching my balls!"

This is in no category whatsoever of 'unpopular.' Especially Sean Connery. Do you know how many people love his original James Bond movies? Millions.

As for Timothy Dalton, that's, sort of unpopular. Not much though. :P

Lastly, people liking Daniel Craig is NOT unpopular. Daniel Craig has enough fans to compete against the legendary James Bond, Sean Connery.

lol, That comment is reminded me of that scene. Thanks for mentioning it. I am laughing so hard right now. That scene was freaking hilarious.

Oops sorry, forgot to put something above the actors. I know that each actor has its fans. I was referring to the movies when I said unpopular. I'll go fix it. Thanks for noticing it.

My favorite James Bond movie is the one where he gets lai-you know what, I think I'm going to have to be more specific. I'd say GoldenEye is my favorite, but I have not seen Live and Let Die or You Only Live Twice, so my opinion is incomplete.

My favorites, in no particular order:

1) Live and Let Die

2) Diamonds are Forever

3) From Russia with Love

The movies with Dalton as Bond were among my least favorite - not because of the actor, but the quality just seemed to dip around that time for some reason.

My personal favorite is Quantum of Solace, with Skyfall coming in a very close second.

Actually... I might see if I can watch either right now. I'll have to do it on my comp, as my parents will watch Le Mis sooner or later.

Goldeneye is, without doubt, the BEST Bond film ever. I always thought Pierce Brosnan was the best Bond. Swave, sophisticated and a little witty humor on the side. The perfect Bond, just like David Tennant was the best doctor. The film itself was great, and best of all, SEAN BEAN was the main villain! Possibly one of the greatest actors ever? I think so! :)

From Russia with Love is my absolute favourite Bond film. It's harsh, gritty, the action scenes are great, the two main villains (Rosa Klebb and Red Grant) are among the best villains in the series and Ernst Stavro Blofeld makes his first appearence in this film. On top of that, it has my favourite Bond, Sean Connery. Overall, an excellent piece of cinema.

In fact, why not give my Top 10 favourite Bond films?

1) From Russia with Love

2) Casino Royale

3) The Spy who Loved Me

4) GoldenEye

5) Skyfall

6) Licence to Kill

7) Thunderball

8) Octopussy

9) You Only Live Twice

10) Live & Let Die

Gotta give it to Goldeneye. It was first James Bond movie and I'll always love it. License to Kill comes in a close second.
