Not as an OC, no. I'm sorry, but it's a bit of an overrun idea anyways. It'd be very difficult to make him stand out as an original character. No to mention, he isn't really your character.

Actually I wrote out a pretty big backstory for him, I found the picture after and decided to use it as a reference pic

Good evening, Everypony. As you may remember, I tend ot have some difficulty completing work for other people. So, this time, I will only be accepting one request of MY CHOICE per week. The good news? I will be drawing all of these requests in the fully developed style I use for commissions and book illustrations. You may enter as any OCs as you wish, but I will only draw OCs that I particularly like. If I REALLY like your OC, but have already filled my current slot, I may add you to the Reserved slots so that I can get to your OC on my spare time.

Well, most anything fantasy works for me. I've drawn elves, dragons, ect. It all depends on what style you would like me to draw it in (realistic, cartoon-ish, anime, ext).

Note: could this be done with HIGH amounts of quality and detailed to every last point?  The reason I am asking that it be done this way is because I am going to have myy car personalized, yes my bank card.  So please nothing questionable, or weird, just cute and in detail.

Well, I can certainly try, so long as you keep and don't cover my signature, I'd be happy to do it. Just give me some time and I'll see if I can get it up. Remember that I draw traditional, though.

Oh, sorry if it's not clear enough. It's a ball of earth (just like the ones children usually make with their hands while playing) with a little young-born plant on it. Well, it represents her skill of curing 'life' from the source (earth). She's a herbalist.

The colors of his mane and body coat are neon, and I don't know how to capture neon with colored pencil.

Yeah....I jsut wouldn't be able to capture the colors correctly in time (it would take a REALLY long time). But yes, they are neon. Yup...
