What's worst for you Dextromethorphan or Alcohol?

Dextromethorphan is a commen drug found in cough medicines due to its ability to supress cough and sneezing temporarily.

 

I just wish to read your opinion on this manner.

Both are going to be bad for you if you take too much, but if you are chugging both, Dextromethorphan will kill you a lot faster than Alcohol. If you are going by just a small amount, DXM won't be as bad as alcohol.

 

Though you should never take DXM with alcohol, as it can cause vomiting and health problems.
