Sadly all emotions are taken right now, so all there is left is a few 'helper' ponies. I don't really enjoy the term background since it seems degrading.

I think we should be good to go soon, i just want to see if we can get anyone else. If nopony's joined by the time I go to sleep today, i will post the RP in the morning.

Well, either way, i'll post the RP in the morning.

 

 

I don't really enjoy the term background since it seems degrading.

Okay.i need to learn how to explain things better.

For one, the positive Elements aren't just for what the ponies feel, it's also that they spread it. take Bubble Burst- she's brought joy to other ponies. in another RP we're in, she made somepony who has never smiled, smile. 

i chose love for you because i couldn't think of anything else and your backstory is cute and you say she likes to write romance.

so basically, the Love Elements are mostly about spreading love.

Reason for Sweet Symphony being love- Symphony makes ponies happy with her singing, also i stated another reason in a post on like page 3... Joy was taken by Bubble.

 

Anyhow,the two Love Elements are the strongest Elements.

But they both have to be together for the two Elements to have power; if one of the Love Elements is separated from the group, the other Love Element is left with no power.

The other Bearers can activate their Elements  whenever and on their own as long as they have the Element necklace itself, but it won't be very powerful.

If the two Love elements are with some pony, it will be a bit stronger. 

having all ten ponies but without the Love Elements will be more powerful, by a bit, but the Elements will only be at full power if all twelve ponies are together. 

Hope this text-wall of an explanation helps clear it up.

(which is why Poison will be constantly trying to separate them. i may have my siren pony Nocturne help her with that.)

To add to what Silent is saying (If I am correct, at least), think of Cadence: current element of Love. She's pretty damn weak until she's with Shining Armor and they team up, but at that stage they turn into an engine of destruction that can slay an immortal warlord demi-god.

 

Powerful, but mostly because it requires both of them to work.

I just kind of realized that Fear doesn't fit Blaze all that much. He's only paranoid for a few minutes and it doesn't eally spread to anyone else.... I really think Anger fits him, but it's not an element so... yea just wanted to say that Fear doesn't fit Blaze.

Thank you, but I don;t think she'd fit Fear very well, after looking at her profile. She can definitely be a helper pony though!

Well, the Positive Elements are about spreading it, most of the Negative Elements are about overcoming or using that emotion to stop something that will bring more of that emotion to you and/or other ponies.

 

 

Anyway.

If you still think he'd fit Inspiration, he can be Inspiration, Amour will be the other Love Element, and Symphony will take Fear (she's schizophrenic)

So. 

i shall update the Player List, as I've been  too lazy busy to, and start the RP!

I'm sorry for doing this so late, but I think I might have to drop out. There don't seem to be any emotions that truly suit Blaze, or really any of my OCs. Again, sorry for being so late, I just thought that we might be able to resolve it eventually. I hope someone can take my place quickly, and good luck on the RP :)

Is fear the one thats causing trouble? Because if Joy is easier to fill, I've been playing with the idea of making a darker version of Emerald that might work with Fear?
 
The details aren't all worked out, but Long story short would be the story she has now, but overly paranoid of getting attached to anything after her own skills are used against her and she falls for a changeling, causing her to nearly lose everything.
 
Or something to that effect.

You don't have to drop out unless you really want to. There are still other ponies that aren't Elements that will be with the ponies.

 

Part of my reason for that is because it won't make it so obvious...

"Hey, there are twelve of us here! There are Twelve Elements! I don't think that's a coincidence!"

Well, I do quite like your idea, and Symphony could be joy, but there's still the issue of either Inspiration or Love. 

wel, i'll let you be that version of Emerald. i'm going to miss you being Bubble cause she's so cute and funny but oh well. i can watch you and Pondah on the Baltimare RP xD :P .

Do you think any of your OCs could fit into either Love or Inspiration?

I wonder what would happen if Emerald and Sunset met again post-capture  :o ? 

Because Emerald is the only pony she trusts in the pure hotel RP so far :P

I'm just not sure which Element Amour would fit best. She will either be Inspiration of Love.

once again, sorry about the confusion. 

Amour will be either Love or Inspiration, and if you so desire, you could have Moon Wave be one of them. I think Amour would fit well with either one.
