Okay, I don't understand what's going on. 

 

Today, I came back home and turned on my PC. Go figure, the Ethernet still isn't working. So I wanted to try something else. I put my WiFi card back into my PC and downloaded a utility to auto detect what drivers I needed. And no sooner than I launched that application, my Ethernet driver kicked in......I mean...it didn't do anything besides launch that application. 

 

So I'm wildly confused right now, guys. I mean...if the board is working, I don't want to RMA it. Because if I have to swap the board, I'm looking at getting a board for twice as much as I spent on this one. I shan't be holding back. I'm just confused. Why is it suddenly working?

In General Chat, posting a number by itself would probably be too random. But this is a thread with a mission

 

So I've officially given up on the ASUS board. I can't get USB 3.0 to work right now. Probably to do with XCHI being disabled. But with it enabled, I can't use my USB 3.0 hard drive. Not to mention that my Ethernet woes are back. So that does it. I ordered a Gigabyte board. Let's see how this works out. I think I'm done with ASUS boards with Intel CPUs for now.
