Actually it has been said officially that Twilight will not outlive her friends, thus in my eyes not immortal.

 

As an aside, that explanation is open to interpretation, since it could imply that Twilight dies an unnatural death before her friends do, e.g., heroic sacrifice.

 

I suspect you are generally correct in that Twilight is not going to be immortal or have the prolonged lifespan of Celestia and Luna. The same probably holds true for Cadance.

No, I don't believe any of them are Gods. The princesses are high level beings magically, but calling them Gods is absurd when there's much more then just being rulers of Equestria (even though not all of them are).

Lauren said outright that Celestia and Luna are not gods, a long time ago. Ergo, I doubt Twilight is going to be :3 Forgive me if this seems a little presumptuous, but I'm really not seeing the show go so outlandish as to suddenly announce that they're 'goddesses', so I'll be locking this.
