Can anypony help with a cool OC name?

Hello, fellow Bronys and/or Pegasisters.

 

Recently I've been drawing up a few OC characters for my friends, picked out some awesome names, but as soon as I came to mine I paused... WHAT THE HAY DO I NAME MY OC!?

 

So if you guys can help, that would be totally awesome 

The description of my character is that she has a light cerulean blue coat and a jet black mane (and if she was a crystal pony, she'd have a blue topaz body). She also has green, Fluttershy-shaped eyes and black, solid-line hooves.

 

So basically like this ---->

Her cutie mark is  

 

 

She loves to paint, draw, and do anything artsy. She also has a passion for music and plays the piano and guitar. Most often enough you'll catch her painting on large pieces of parchment in which she most-likely stole from Twilight's library.

She's a daydreamer and always gets in trouble for not paying attention or remembering anything. She can be quite bubbly when you get to know her, but most of the time she likes to keep to herself. She doesn't really like to be too active unless influenced, and her favourite food is apple cinnamon oatmeal.

 

Maybe I gave too much info, but I really want this name to make me cry (not really, but any suggestions would be awesome  )

Thanks for the suggestion! And ooh, yes, I loved the colours too! I've never seen an OC that wasn't so over-the-top so I decided to be different and try something a little simple.

How about Blue Note?

• A blue note is an interval used in jazz melodies, a particularly artsy form of music.
• A "note" not only refers to a musical term, but something written with a pencil, and that matches your pony's cutie mark perfectly.
• "Blue" also pays homage to your pony's coat colour, which makes "Blue Note" have more than one meaning.
• The name sounds like it could very well be a canon pony from the show.

Thank you for your suggestion and thorough explanation! Greatly appreciated.  The only flaw is, well yes, the slight wonder of such a clever name being already canon, and the fact that it reminds me of this popular clothing store "Bluenotes"... but it could also just be my picky nature. Still, great suggestion

I'm not very good at pony names, I'm better at naming humans

The only thing I can really think that would cute this pretty little filly is Ebony from her mane colour.
