Hello. I'm SomariFeyWright, and this is my first RP here on Canterlot. Inspired by a similar RP of another site.

 

This is a slice-of-life RP dedicated to widespread interaction of characters all the way across the interdimensional multiverse. Any fictional character from any medium is welcome... provided you can keep things rated T and under.

 

Rules:

 

No NSFW content: Of course, this obviously goes without saying, but this RP's limit is T-rated content. There will be no excessive profanity or sexual content, or gore of any kind.

 

No godmodding: A character owns their own character, and you own yours. You have no right to claim any movement or action of the other person's character. Simple as that.

 

Do not act as an authority figure: I am the GM. I (and the staff, of course), are the only ones allowed to bring down the hammer of authority and bring down penalties. Do not take a role you don't have.

 

Try to stay in-character: This rule's a bit looser, since it's hard to help being out of character, and of course, there are no true penalties for being such, but expect to be consulted if I feel your portrayal of a character is off. Others are naturally allowed to do the same as long as they remain constructive.

 

Keep things Slice-of-life Sub-plots and hyjinx are not frowned upon, and are, in fact, encouraged, but at no point should this ever escalate into a full-on adventure RP, or something of that sort. If it derails too much, I may be forced to reboot, or close the RP entirely.

 

Four characters; two customers, two bartenders. That is the limit: This is NOT up for debate. Characters necessary for the character, like a voice in one's head or something of the sort, are the only characters which can be used as an exception. Four. Max. Animals and humans... heroes and villains. But only four.

 

OCs are not allowed: I thought long and hard on this one, but let's face it: OCs in an RP like this are pointless and ruin the very point of the RP itself. You have a wide variety of fictional characters to choose; But none that you created on your own.

 

And most importantly:

 

Have fun!: That's the point of roleplaying, isn't it? To claim a new persona and run with it in exciting ways! Make full use of it!

 

 

Now then, you are welcome to join as either a bartender or a customer. Having some bartenders would be great (at least one or two), but if there are none, I will be forced to use NPCs for them.

OCs are not allowed: I thought long and hard on this one, but let's face it: OCs in an RP like this are pointless and ruin the very point of the RP itself. You have a wide variety of fictional characters to choose; But none that you created on your own.

 

Does this mean we can be humans?  Like, can I be Dante from Devil May Cry, or The Heavy from Team Fortress 2?

... I honestly fail to see why that'd be an issue. Any species from anywhere, as long as they aren't too mature. ESPECIALLY humans.

 

The point of this RP is to cross ACTUALLY DEVELOPED fictional worlds together. So go for it.

I understand you already made an application, which is fine, but I'll still answer this so others can understand.

 

ANY medium is fine. Comics, TV shows, games, manga... ANY OF THEM.

 

Now, I should note, I've made a slight edit to the application sheet out of necessity's sake. No one will be penalized if they don't, but adding that little extra in would definitely be appreciated.

 

Also, everyone up to this point has been accepted. We'll still need a couple more people before I kick this off.

You seem to have misunderstood. Four characters per person. It'd be pretty stupid to narrow down an RP like that...

She's just an ordinary 15-year old girl, minus her ability to pick out nervous habits of others through an odd psycho-analytical power that runs through her family's genetics. She's got a good heart and an optimistic personality, and her smile is contagious. She performs her magic tricks not with a hat, but with... "magic panties". Exactly what it sounds like. Best not to question it. Anywho, she's taking a break from working at her magic shows and attorney's aide and taking a break at the Crossover Café.

Well, as I said, having OCs misses the point of the RP. This is dedicated to canon universes based on actual characters for actual character interaction. To have OCs completely defiles the premise.
