I am also making a psychiatrist named Synapse/ Chen Ming Zhaung. Also my first Chinese OC...if there are Asian OCs.

 

BTW, people with split personality are almost never violent or murderous. That's a stereotype. Everyone with Dissociative Identity Disorder must experience some type of highly traumatic event, and if anything, will create a personality that is either more cautious, brash, sometimes a bit hostile, but never violent. They're the least likely to be hurting anyone.

Her problem is that her years of living wild have turned into a feral beast.

Gender: Female

Race: Pegasus

Illness: Seemingly severe Schizophrenia

Explaination: Believes she can speak with and communicate with the stars. She believes that they tell her secrets about ponies, about the past and the future.

 

Yet this is not what brought her to the Institution, no what caused her to be sent there was that she began seeing dark and horrible things. Visions of a future where Equestria would become divided in conflict. Now when she meets ponies she see them as they would be 15 years from now, telling random ponies that they would do things they could not even imagine doing, telling them loved ones will die. She may show fears and have nightmares that caused her to wake in terror. Her actions and words making no sense, at times see can't even look ponies in the eyes, or she breaking out in tears for no apparent reason.

 

What makes this unnerving is the number of times she seems to be right about what she says, at least when she speaks of s pony's past or speaking on events that take place days or even weeks after... though the doctors are quick to give explanations for this 'coincidences' as they call it.

 

Now Stardream stays at the Institution, being kept calm and 'normal' with the help of the doctors there. She still speaks of the royal sisters disappearing. Of six friends, one of which well be lost and the others will turn against each other. That in their conflict Equestria will be divided, ponies turning against each other, of ponies killing each other.

 

... Yet no one believes her, no one would ever believe the royal sisters would ever disappear, no one would believe ponies would ever fight each other or harm each other. Ponies just believe Stardream has lost all sense of reality, and maybe she has as she cannot seem to separate what and who is currently around her from what may come in the future.

But it's also very uncommon, though I have to admit, possible, when the victim had some kind of different idea.

 

Like mine. Male DIDs are rare, making up only one out of ten cases.

I believe I have just the OC that can work for this. All it would take is for me to change her talent for seeing the future and talking with the stars into a case of Schizophrenia, though perhaps her being able blurt out real facts about ponies and tell something that actually happens later could still play a part.
