My First MLP-Related Drawing

Hey there everypony, as you can see I just joined here, but before I did that I wanted to create an image for myself and a possible persona/oc Pony ready for RP or just drawing for fun in general. I think it has a peculiar style to itself and I wanted some honest opinions about it, and don't worry about being too critical I'm going to school for Concept Design so I'm use to hard criticism.  ;)  Anyways here's my Stallion Earth Pony, Sleepless Sketch, what are your thoughts on him?

I like him! I enjoy the personal drawing style and how expressive your sketches are, I wish I could break through that wall with my drawings xD

Oh wow, I'm already getting requests?? That's pretty cool! Thanks for the compliment, and what did you have in mind? If I were to do requests I think I'd have to settle with either Colored Bust shots or Sketchy Full-Bodies for the time being, I'm still new at drawing ponies haha

If you could do both a headshot/bust and a sketchy full color, that would be awesome.

Oh yes, i almost forgot, could you please in both of them, have my OC's goggles resting above his eyes?

Awesome, thanks a bunch, I'm kind of sick of my Pony Creator version :P

Haha was never a fan of Generated stuff myself, why be limited to options when you can draw out unlimited possibilities! Am I right?

Yep you're right, I'd draw him myself but as I had just split with my wife and left all my art stuff at her place, I need to wait until I get paid again to get some new art stuff.

I like it! It's not exactly what I had in mind when I thought about pony drawings but it is your personal style and every artist has that :) Love it!

The design and color scheme were what I was most worried about. 

 

I'll definitely fix that leg, I noticed it too when I woke this morning, though I think I'll keep the cutie mark/talent for now as I'm in the process of making a proper OC, OC. Thanks much for the feedback!
