Hes got a stomach flu and a non-critical wound... Plus they are stopping to rest right now in a sheltered zone.

Earlier, Icarus specifically told Blast not to put pressure on the wound, or it could become fatal.

From the events that just happened, the wounds got worse.

While that is true your still stopped and he said "may become fatal" not that it will be so its all up to you how bad it is. Though its very likely that you'll pass out regardless. (Dieing is your choice though.)

So, something really big and really important just broke. Where there were 'unusual but harmless' lights appearing everywhere before, now they are... significantly more dangerous. Creatures have started to appear - some very similar to those native to Equestria, some completely foreign. Lots of writing, phew!

I wouldn't actually imagine so - not catastrophic amounts anyway: play it how you like.

 

Just pointing out that Noble is now the sole user of the Litany: Orion doesn't have nearly enough of its power left in him to use it for anything useful and the book is dormant - pretty much just a book after that.

 

I'll be able to post for Orion in about an hour I think!

Just going to point out that monsters are not raining in from the sky..... Seriously they appeared in the cities mentioned and there is almost no way to know that unless your there.
