Um, get my fur dyed. Until then wear a jacket or something. There's nothing wrong with the new me. I'd make for terrible fanfiction, and my coat may look strange at first, but it's not like I'm a freak or anything. And if anypony thinks I am they're dead Nothing stops me from buying a house, my charms give me a social life, I have the skills needed for work... what's the problem? (At least, what makes this any different from being a normal pony?)

...No, I'm dead serious. After getting over the initial panic and more than likely convincing myself that this was all a dream, the first question out of my mouth would be "Anypony know how to play Poker? Blackjack? Texas Hold-Em?" Depending on the answer, I would host a huge Poker tournament with me as the dealer. I'm sure in the intervening time I could come up with what to after that, especially once I realize that this isn't actually one big hallucination.

Tbh, i think we'd be all like "OMG I'M A PONY" and just run about in circles in mix of excitement, joy and panic. XD
