Mastering is everything!

So about a week ago I released my first dubstep song called ''Lagulas - Invading''. The more and more I listened to it, the song just sounded awful. There was something about the bass that was fucked up. So the thing I did was to remaster the whole track and guess what, It felt so much better. The whole render process had taken almost 3 hours so having to re-master and re-render everything took almost 5 hours. But it was totally worth it. Here is the tracks if you want to compare them:

Warning, Dubstep!

I think you messed up the difference between mixing and mastering. What you're saying sounds more like audio mixing. Audio mastering is the process of preparing a song with the final mix for CDs.

Anyways, I think the song sounds pretty cool! I like the melody and chord choice, it's rather interesting. I think that the kick and snare are real quiet and, as a result, weak. I think you could add some buildup FX or something to make the transitions less sudden. The drop gets repetitive after you played it for both drops. Maybe add more variance could make it sound better?
