I can give it a go, but you'll have to provide references. Historically the Leviathan has many forms, not just the ones seen in the likes of Final Fantasy.

Nothing special, you can choose to do whatever you want, as long as he has an open-mouthed smile on his face. x3 As for the style...hmm...perhaps maybe a more cute style. I'd like a couple things, specifically. One is a pink azalea flower in his mane, if you don't mind x3

 

 

And another is basically I'd like there to be a focus on the curliness of his mane and tail ^^

 

And that's pretty much it. ^^
