In the most recent episode, (episode 14) fluttershy says "we wouldn't want to disappoint the spa patrons." While she says this, the big mac's part is still in the background. Is this just because they needed the music to keep going, allowing the episode to flow?

The music was needed to keep the flow going and not keep the episode at a complete halt. With that being said, I think it was needed to keep it going.
