Hey there guys, um...I know this is a private thread and all but would it be too late for me to join in on this?

I cam across this when I was looking at Cinder's profile and discovered you came up with this thread, and I'll be honest, my heart sank a little when I noticed it had been going on for a while, so for that reason I'm aware it wouldn't be fair for me to ask at this late stage of the thread, yet I will purely on the off-chance as both of you are familiar with the OC I'd like to use.

Well, since this is dying a little anyway, and cinderscribe hasn't posted in a loooong time... As long as you don't use the same hideous fonts and text sizes as you do in the equestrian empire RP i saw you in, you should be good. I know you are a decent roleplayer, but I'll still wait for cinderscribe a day or two, if he still has an opinion on this.

I don't really think the concept of actually making others participate even if they don't really want to is in the thread's best interests,  unless you mean like a "mass notification" to everyone who was involved, it would be impossible to miss if your regularly active at least and if they didn't respond, then their probably just ignorant...unless something came up and they were unable to respond, which I find is usually the case.

You see, the reason everybody stopped is because they wer asleep within the roleplay. I don't think they know it's the next day so they're still waiting.

Yea I was kinda in the same boat as sole. I asked what was going on, never got a response, then tried to make a general post for everyone at the clearing, and never got a response. So I just sorta... Did nothing.

To be perfectly honest I've yet to actually take part in this thread, I'm just still waiting for Cinder's approval if it's alright for me to join in this thread at this late stage.

 

In the event I am approved, I'd likely have my Oc Cherry Bomb being hired as an entertainer on the sunken cruise ship, but wasn't as lucky at getting off the ship, only to washed up on the shoreline. (which should help in the late entry hopefully)

Firstly, I'd like to apologise. I've had a lot on IRL and of all the role-plays I'm involved in, figured that Scribble could hold the fort here (which he has, to my knowledge, done magnificently - given my sudden disappearance).

 

I'm going to read up what's been happening and then get this thing kick-started tonight - no more unplanned absences, if you'll still have me as your DM.

 

Aside from that, @@Golbez, no worries - your in.

 

Everyone else, sit tight and expect some kind of timeskip to set a plot and get everyone together. I'm back now - and better than ever!

Just one thing, should I read up on what's happened so far, or leave it as since Cherry would arrive later than the others, she really wouldn't know what has happened anyway.

 

I might just read a bit just so I know who's what with where and whatnot.
