What was the last thing that startled/scared you?

Yesterday. I was watching Ghost Adventures and when they going to commercial, they put on screen a creepy doll which I hate. Creepy dolls are things that startle/scare, such as Chucky. It's not a phobia but I do get startled by it.

Was watching Halloween last night with my mom and lil bro (he's 12) and the f**king musical sting got me, like, not even the fact that Michael was standing behind Laurie and the kids, just the music that played got me, like, the music scared me and not the masked murderer standing in plain view of the screen?

The pin fixing a back of my office chair just popped out and it unfolded right under me. It isn't the first time but every time a second of unexpected feeling of free fall scares me AF.
