Then wait anxiously in agony for the years to pass until G4 is released.. again Double ninja'd.. No sure.. perhaps by observing someone else focusing and mimicking them? It might seem lame but i would say walking.. it helps me to get to places where i can have fun and do otehr stuff At least until i get my bike fixed or get a new one..
