Yes, thats how titles work in the language, they go after the name, usually the sirname for formality. But senpai, refers to one's master/superior/to refer to an elder in a mannerly fassion. Senpai is popularly used to refer to spouse in that manner, however, usually in a suppressive sense (i.e. "Oh ____-senpai, my love). So its weird to think about.

Not fluently, Can speak a few sentences in French, German, Russian, Japanese, Chinese and maybe more.
