Well, I live in a communal house, so I have good experience with this. I love it! As long as someone isn't an asshole, it's a pretty nice arrangement.

Well, I'm currently in Sweden, and I believe that the guy is a... Well, no better way to put it, a d**k. He is smart, of course, but he's too... Eh, "Rude" to be thought of positively. Pretty much everyone at my school thinks the guy is a d**k.
