I can just see somepony saying, this is the first alicorn born in a thousand years and I can see it being a good episode. As for the mane 6 becoming Princess, I'm going to say no. For one they don't really have a reason to become Princess. Besides they have their own dreams to live. Besides the other are terrible leaders. None of them could handle it. But the Mane 6 eventually all becoming alicorns would be cool too, because I totally want it to be SHOW CANON that any kind of pony can attain alicorn status. It really irks me when people suggest that ONLY unicorns can. Don't they notice that that concept has some HORRIBLY unfortunate implications? So yeah, some more alicorns would be okay eventually. Just not right NOW. We've got plenty of stories we can do before all the girls become alicorns. But it's never been mentioned in the show. That's why I said SHOW canon. Until they say she was a pegasus in the show, we don't know for sure.
