Scarlet looked around, "SOLAR! What the hay are you doing here?" She asks, surprised to see her stallionfriend in this part of Equestria, "and why are you drunk? You hardly drink alcohol!" She sighs as she walks over to him, "honey, I love you, but...I'm sorry I have to do this" She slaps him hard across the face, "You promised not to get drunk again."

"Nawwww sorry dear. I was so lonely I needed you " he says, "And well, I was interested in this "Vodka" stuff was. Tasted pretty nice, but jeeze the stuff kicked me in the face basically"  He burped a little and hugged Scarlet.

 

"Glead to see you dear" he says with  big smile

Flash looks over his shoulder at Solar and shoots him a smile, then turns back to Scarlet with one eyebrow raised.

You looking for a rodeo, little pony? Flash drains his mug of cider and orders up a flagon of Dragonale, thinking to himself : what the buck am I doing?!

Well, for starters... I want a cure for the magical ailment that is killing me. Flash turns around to face the bar again, and chugs the entire flagon of ale, then orders a pitcher full.

This little rock is the only clue i have to this big buckin' mystery. 

Flash idly plays with the tiny glowing crystal.

Scarlet smiles, "Well, I could help perhaps. I may not know much about gems, but I may have seen something like it on my tours." She suggests, "Or maybe Solar could get us into the archives, seeing as he does a lot of work for the archives, anyways, what is this ailment of yours that ya speak of?"

Flash Forward got up and walked around. She had to make some friends here, and stop worrying about the things waiting for her after she would leave. "Where do I even start? Who am I supposed to talk to?" the white unicorn thought to herself.

 

Her curly brown hair bouncing with each stride, Flash strolled through the tavern in search of good conversation.

Flash rubs his neck. Well see that's just it, there has never been, as far as I know, anything like this. I'm aging at twice my normal rate. Ever since the lab accident, where... I lost my friends... Flash sobs and pounds his hoof on the bar. It's all my fault! My arrogance, my pride killed them...

Scarlet placed a hoof on his shoulder,  "Flash, darling, you couldn't have known. And as for what ails ya, have ya tried going to see Twilight, she may know of a spell to help, don't forget her element is magic after all" She suggests, not really knowing what to say, then downing the rest of her vodka and ordering a fruit loop cocktail.

Night Silent had once again been tapped on his head to let him know that his order was ready. He thanked the bartender, and took up his order in a brown paper bag, but then notced a white unicorn, wandering the tavern. Night Silent trotted to her. Greetings. I noticed thou wandering around this fine establishment, and was wondering if you might appreciate some company? He said finishing with a bow.

I'm hoping that she can help, now that she is an alicorn. My experiment, the Device, uses magic to power machinery. At it's heart, the core was a much larger crystal than this one. But I needed alicorn magic instead of unicorn magic..It..overloaded and... I was desperate, i threw myself into the Device, trying to stop it..then I blacked out. when I woke, days later in the hospital, they told me what happened. I hope that the Princess has some insight as to what happened.

"That is very much appreciated. Thank you very much!" She gave a slight curtsy as she said this. The stallion's unusual way of speaking seemed to be contagious... she found herself speaking and acting in a ornate manner as well, and she enjoyed it!

 

Sitting down at a table, she told him, "How art thou? What is thy name, fine gentlecolt?"

"My name is Flash Forward, and I make pictures move. But most ponies call them cartoons!" The unicorn told Night Silent, a wide grin on her face. She wasn't really comfortable with telling ponies what she does for a living, as most would call it weird, but she felt like she could tell the moon prince.

 

"What art thou doing here in this brewery? Shouldn't thou be defending the moon?" She asked him, looking out the window into the sky.

Hmmmm, "Cartoons"? Sounds interesting, wouldst thou direct me to one? And in regards to thy question of why I am here, I was sent on a mission, and I was in need of nourishment. But, I will not need to start traveling untill the Moon rises. As for why I am not defending the Moon, I am on vacation as ordered by my mother. Night Silent says with a smile.

Midnight flash walked into the tavern. He hoped that this was the right place, he had come down from the mountain to the cheery little town that lay at the bottom for a night of fun. He found out about the tavern via fireworks (they went REALLY high) he normally didn't find out about places because of fireworks, actually that we're the first fireworks he hap probably ever seen because he lived so high up on the mountains that they normally never reached view of his house.

Tears were flowing down her alicorn face as she left Fluttershy's cottage, wanting to get a drink of cider to help ease her worries.

 

Wait...um... please? Lightning Bliss? The yellow pegasus mare with pink hair flew up to her shyly, placing a reassuring hoof on her shoulder, I know things seem bad now... But don't worry, I'll take good care of your baby Zera rat. She's a brave little darling, I know she'll be ok with me.

 

I don't doubt your abilities Fluttershy... she pulled her hood over her head to hide her horn, but Zera...all my pets, they are my family, my children... It kills me inside when they are sick and...I'm a terrible owner!

 

No no, you're not! She hugged the white supposedly pegasus, Most ponies don't see rats as pets like you do. And when you saw she was sick, I mean... I never saw a pegasus pony fly so fast to my cottage before...all because her little friend was ill. You are a great pet owner Mrs Bliss! She composed herself a moment, then went back to her normal quiet voice, Oh um...Please try not to worry... it makes my job easier knowing you trust everythign will be ok?

 

O-ok... she sniffed back her tears.

 

Maybe...um...if you want to stay with her a little longer? Before I start her treatment? I could fix you some tea.

 

No no... I'm going to head to a local Ponyville tavern...then head home and give my husband the news... I'll-I'll try not to worry. Thank you Fluttershy. She hugged her tightly then turned towards Ponyville.

 

My pleasure Mrs Bliss. Safe flight into town! Fluttershy waved goodbye to her then went back to her treeside cottage.

 

--Few minutes later--

 

After sobbing a little bit more, but finally made it to the tavern, she entered the wooden building and headed towards the bar first. She laid down a small hoof full of bits, asking for the largest mug of cider the tavern had, then went to sit at a table and chair alone near the corner, avoiding the rest of the crowd, not seeing anypony friends she recongized in particular. She sipped her cider in silence, trying to meditate her alicorn senses...trying to find that magical aura inside her that gave her the ability to create a sense of peace and serenity...a desperate attempt to make herself relax without being noticed.

PS: I don't have anykind of image his possible pony form. So just imagine it with the descriptions I have wrote about him. My OC name is unknown, but he is known as the "Time Rider."

 

Time Rider opens the bar door and steps in. He looks around a little, before he walks to bar keepers table.

 

"Hey bar keeper, can you give me list of food and drinks, this bar offer?" He asks while sitting down on the bench.

The door to the tavern opened, as a Stallion came in.He seemed to be a dark red-ish unicorn wearing a black robe which seemed to emit a faint, red glow.It was pretty clear that he was in pain as he walked in a weird way.He sat down at one of the empty tables and took a scroll out of his saddle bag.The scroll seemed to be written in a language not used in Equestria.The unicorn just read the scroll, and didn't pay any attention to the other ponies in the tavern.

Midnight ordered a glass of cider, it had been years since he had one. It was good, but he heard of an entire family with apple related cutie marks that made it the best. An entire family with the same type if cutie mark, eh? Probably some kind of story. Although he wondered what apple cider from a family whose all around special talent was apples would taste like.

She pulled out a picture from her saddle bag showing her and Night Lights with their pet rats...She smiled at Gizmo, Nes, Q, Discord and finally....Zera...She hugged it tightly, another tear dripping down her cheek.

 

Hang in there Zera...Fluttershy will take good care of you... I just know it... She shuddered feeling like she should have stayed at the shy pegasus' cottage a bit longer...but knew it wouldn't make a difference.

The unicorn looked around the tavern, hoping to see someone that he had been looking for.But his eye met another pony, Midnight.He kept looking at him like he seemed familiar.He started looking pretty dizzy, he tried to say something but he couldn't.But in the end he said "You" at Midnight while falling unconscious.Two bite marks got visible on the unicorns neck.
