Noted. I also just realized that Serenity's bio, Serenity being Saronyx's twin sister who will not be physically appearing here but may 'appear' through her Raven, is more up to date with my current imagining of Saronyx than his is :| Well then.

I don't see why not... though we should establish this soonish, Is Soul going to have an Issue with Mantorok? Soul is a royal guard and would see him as an "Evil" being, after all. Just my thought. I guess it's up to you.

Don't worry, the golem he summoned had no "Pargons". It can carry a light pony like Mantorok but is not super in anyway. As for her healing him, he might not like that. His body degrading is a side effect of using the Tome so often. Healing him would mean getting rid of the book

Mantorok is, as far as anypony knows, a hero who saved towns from starvation using runic magic. His whole chaos agenda thing is kept secret. Besides, Mantorok's not really a villain. He truly does believe that purging all chaos and having the world be like a controlled experiment is good

Hmmm... I suppose if he "saved towns" then Soul might even KNOW him (Guarding Celestia at an award Ceremony? thoughts?) But thanks for the input. it's just the sound of his voice, a weird magic, Dark Colour Scheme, he just sounded "Evil"

Last minute change... Would it be okay if Wanderlust was a unicorn in this RP? His magic would be simple levitation, and a specialization in manipulating plant and animals. Other than that he doesn't even know how to create a barrier or really any other spells.

I want to explore him having the boost to magic which is fun :P

His voice sounds like that because his body is literally falling apart. If he hadn't been spamming healing spells, he'd be long dead. The magic he uses is evil indeed, the Tome of Eternal Darkness channels ancient and powerful magic from the Ancients. Think of them as Cthulhu only more insane. Relax, they won't appear in this story since they can't interfere directly in mortal events, for fear of retaliation of other Ancients. 

 

As for the dark color scheme, that comes with the territory of being alive only by virtue of spamming healing spells. If it helps, his voice changes depending on which type of spell he is casting. Female for sanity, Smooth for magic, growly for health

 Soul might know him, but Mantorok won't. Like I said, in his old age, he's started to become less and less involved with the the world and prefers to manipulate things from the shadows
