@, No, the Tribals are the descendants of the ponies who used to live in the frontier town. The Ferals ran the ponies out of the town centuries ago: the first research team that got corrupted by the Equibane eventually, due to their hostility towards strangers and their territorial behavior, attacked the ponies of the frontier town. Some were killed, some were captured (and eventually agreed to eat the Equibane and became part of the ferals) and the rest escaped out into the Badlands. They are now the Tribe, but they are like regular ponies cuz they don't eat Equibane. They are, however, very skinny due to lack of food out there; they sometimes eat small animals like lizards or rats if really starving and they come to the town if the ferals aren't there to scavenge.

I just realized that one of the OCs is a pegacorn. No offense, but it's a good thing a responsible person is playing it, some people power play pegacorns and then get around the alicorn rule by virtue that it is not a true alicorn.

Is it alright if I control a hyena clan or something? It'd make things more exciting if some animals(they don't need to be sentient) hound the camps, snapping at both crews? I may also be questioning why cats are in the wastelands. Dogs and Hyenas fit the climate better

@, There are cats who live in forests, and the area where the ferals live is foresty. I don't really want any people controlling animal clans per ce; I allowed the controlling of one wild cat, cuz it was never embued with a personality.

 

And yeah, I hate that about people who play pegacorns mostly; which was why I took a lot of care to make Glory well rounded and definitely NOT as powerful as an alicorn, as she says herself. She doesn't normally use her wings, but kinda had to back then cuz the alternative was (she believed) dying.

BTW, when I say clan, I don't mean smart. Clan is just like herd for hyenas. It's just that the ferals will be kind of slow if there is nothing motivating them

@,How did wasteland become grassland all of a sudden? This is most likely what it looks like.

With maybe a slight more vegetation or maybe a forest nearby.

Well, the first time I heard wasteland, I thought of the Wastes from Howl's Moving Castle, which was a grassland.

Btw, if you do, you can always come up with another character. I've killed off a character of mine in an RP before; it didn't matter cuz I had around ten other characters to play with. XD
