(Actually, I found an MLP pony reference guide, and the pony I was talking about was Rainbow Flash. After a bit of more Google-ing, I found out that she was even made into a FiM/G4 toy, which is awesome because I really like her design. Even her clip art is pretty. Kind of an unfortunate name though.)
