Feedback and critiques are an essential part of improving ones work right?

 

 

 

This one's an attempt at a story cover, It's not bad just a bit shabby. I got nothing in return for making it, but the fact that someone appreciated made it worthwhile.

 

 

General consensus says that a bit of color could help, what do you think?

Clearer lines, perhaps cleaned up a little. I don't mine a bit off good old fashioned sketches.

Very nice

If you're going to colour it, I recommend doing it on the computer; unless you have copic markers or a knack for painting it could come out messy and might ruin the drawing. Also, if you were to do it on say Photoshop then you can mess around a bit and perhaps make the ponies in the background opaque.

Some to no adherence to Canon... that must mean that you already did very well in other styles! Great job! I am guessing you use a tablet because of the line type, but I like how you set them up. You have lots of talent!

Yeah its pretty good I suppose. Bit rough, but its just a sketch so what do ya expect anyway? Its good.

Thats actually really cool! I wish i could draw ponies legitimately and without using some cheap editor. I could use some one like you for my comic-fanfic. PM if you are interested.
