I recently got one of the older model S3s from US Celluar(it's the 16GB model with the Dual-Core 1.5GHz CPU and 2GB of RAM). I grabbed a heavy duty case as well.

I've been rocking my galaxy s3 for a couple years now. She's held up pretty well, or at least better than my old iPhone 3GS did. Expanded the memory with a 32 gig microSD so I don't remember how much the on-board was.

 

EDIT: Wow lots of spelling errors. Screw you auto-correct.

Black Galaxy Note 3. Frikkin love everything about the thing. I've even had it last for over 7 days without being charged and only light use.
