Alright, I'll go with Sunset Sky. Is it alright if I give Choco a spell that gives her pegasus wings? It would help since Choco is only a unicorn and can't fly.

If you plan to teach Sunset how to fly, sure. Otherwise, you can if you want, but I don't see much of a need as Sunset doesn't know how to fly anyway.

I was thinking she would run away from the orphanage and Choco would find her. Or would you rather Choco adopt her?

I'll make it a surprise  Choco goes to the orphanage one day and then find Sunset there. Have her sleeping. Choco will then come to her and interact with her, and then take her in as her daughter.
