gaming What is your favorite mmorpg?.

Hey, I am looking for a good mmorpg to have fun with, maybe also someone to play with if they want. I have tried Rift, Neverwinter and Dragons Nest. I am currently playing Dragons Nest and enjoy it quite a bit. As for the others I think they were good, but I did not get into them. Anyways, I would like to know which ones you guys like!

Vindictus is pretty good, as well as path of exile. If your into super heroes and villains then dcuo or marvel heroes.

EVE Online is some of the most fun you can have if you are willing to learn how to play. Then again, it does have a MASSIVE learning curve, especially if you expect it to be like a 'normal' MMORPG.

I've only really ever played two, WoW and The Old Republic. WoW for me was much better, and it happily occupied a few years of my teen life.

I am not a dungeon crawler fan so I did not like path of exile. I wish I could like a 3rd person game like most mmorpgs, but has like. A bunch of skills you can level like on Runescape. I played Runescape for like, 3 years until it became bad..

I've played many and plently.

 

I dare say almost all of the rather well known ones of the recent years..

 

But in the end I still go back to WoW, for me it just cannot be beaten by others.

 

 

 

However.. Everquest Next seems to be pretty dang promising.

I started in 08 and I wish they would bring that version back...I don't like not having a GE in the 07 version. I am not good with ppl to ppl trading.

I use to love runescape, I still play it on and off

I have played wizard 101 and enjoyed it, but I had to stop because honestly you can't really do anything without paying.

I used to play a fair bit of World of Warcraft (Tauren FTW), but that was really about it. I'm looking forward to the newest "mmorpg" hitting the market, Tom Clancy's The Division. That, or Destiny.

I think that may be me depending on when you started XD. I played from like, 08-11/12 and my highest skill was like, 82 I think.

They're bringing back the old combat system. They're gonna do what they should of done in the first place, Some servers EoC and other servers Old combat

Well i love wow i've hit 2000 rating in PvP atm my fellow wowheads should know what that means haha i'm very proud of that took me ages. other ones i've played is.......

 

- Champions Online which is a very awesome concept but done very badly, imagine a game where you can create your own super hero completely how you want them too be but there is not aspect of freedom in the game everything is teleport here and there there is no sense of exploration and with a map of invisible boundaries and shit PvP and PvE i was very disapointed.

 

most mmo's these days are just wow clones but the future looks bright. Koreans are currently ruling the market as of late and what they are doing looks very cool and innovative i look forward too 2015.
