Twilight The Creator 298 May 12, 2014 Share May 12, 2014 Old-school rap, for sure. Em, Jay-Z, Nas, 2Pac, Biggie, '90s/early 2000's rap basically. Some modern stuff is alright, like Kid Cudi, MGK, Lupe Fiasco, Tyler the Creator and Kendrick Lamar. Must of it is just bad though. Kill People, Burn Shit, Fuck School. -Tyler the Creator
Shady Bubbles 429 May 12, 2014 Share May 12, 2014 (edited) Need more "whiate" rap. Instead of Eminem, I give you House of Pain. George Watsky is one of the whitest people ever, but sweet Celestia can that man rap Edited May 12, 2014 by Shady Bubbles 1 "The Earth speaks to all of us, and if we listen, we can understand." -Uncle Pom "Sometimes she wonders if she can do it like nuns do it but she never heard of Catholic religion or sinner's redemption" -K Dot Ask me a question: http://mlpforums.com/topic/96396-ask-shady/?hl=ask%20shady About Shady Bubbles: http://mlpforums.com/page/roleplay-characters/_/shady-bubbles-r6456

Rock has lots of duds and so does Country. I'm sure other genres have plenty of bad as well. And so that I contribute something... Kyoshi Frost Wolf 42,208 April 24, 2015 Share April 24, 2015 I can enjoy hip-hop on very rare occasions and that depends on the tune of it. Rap is one of my least favorite music genres, a lot of it I barely even consider it to be music. Even if the beat behind it is good, half of the time it is done by someone other than the rapper and they aren't noticed for it so meh. I really don't like the vast majority of rap. Redeem me into childhood. Show me myself without a shell.

CC_Maud_Pie 6,431 April 24, 2015 Share April 24, 2015 Yes at times. There are some hip hop songs I like. I enjoy old school hip hop and some Eminem and the Beastie Boys. All my life needed was a sense of someplace to go. I don't believe that one should devote his life to morbid self-attention. I believe that someone should become a person like other people. Vox 870 April 24, 2015 Share April 24, 2015 Some of it's pretty good, honestly the genre i listen to the least (coming only second to covered classical). Empty Room 512 April 26, 2015 Share April 26, 2015 Rap music used to be amazing, more often than not. However, as of around 2005, its quality has been taking a downfall. It's still ongoing, sadly. Just ask Lil' Wayne, Drake, Nicki Minaj, Rae Sremmurd and DJ Mustard. 1 "Have you ever felt the need to see more than you can see?"

Summer Breeze 2,529 December 10, 2017 Share December 10, 2017 I didn't use to perticularly like it a whole lot but I started to like it more and more since I started to work together with some small fandom rappers to make music. I can rap a little myself but I mainly sing and working with some really fun people to create rap and hip-hop music has been a great experience that taught me how to appreciate a new genre of music. thanks Pastel Pinkie for the amazing sign! and thanks icyfire888 for the super cute profile picture! Totally Nyx 36,519 April 14, 2021 Share April 14, 2021 I like hip hop well enough, but rap is a hard no for me. As is the portion of rap that some people claim is hip hop.
