We've only see one pony lose their cutie mark and magic, it's hard to go off of just that. But just in case... Heck a unicorn can grow wings even though that's anatomically impossible (plus the other 1 million impossible things that happened in the show.) I am waiting till saturday/sunday to watch the episode but already many things have been spoiled for me because people keep posting things in the titles of their discussions.
