  1. One of the first things that came to mind.
  2. True, after I read your post. TPAM has more than ten OC's.
  3. The UFO was being operated by extraterrestrial drag queens, whose spacecraft beared a striking resemblance to a banana.
  4. Most recently I was running a bake sale for one of the clubs at my college. When I was labeling the brownies, I accidentally wrote: Bronies ¢50 for 2 $1 for 4 One of my brony friends passed by, and I showed it to him and he proceeded to laugh. Besides that when I was at a meetup we were waiting for a new member to show up, so we had around two of those already there wait outside with our meetup sign. After a while we abandoned waiting for said member, and as the two were coming back inside the mall a security guard inquired us about the sign. As we were explaining it to him a drunk man walked up and asked what was going on, which we explained to him, which somehow ended up in the guard leaving us be. We went outside, and as we were talking to the drunk man he grabbed the sign and started shouting the name of our meetup group and telling everyone to listen to our “great pitch”, which got one or two inquirers. I was trying to keep from laughing, and he looked over at me and asked “Are you laughing at me?” And I either said no or shook my head, to which we responded “Well you’re not laughing with me, so you must be laughing at me.” There were one or two other men who seemed embarrassed and were trying to get him to go back into T.G.I. Friday’s with them, to which they eventually succeeded. We quickly went back inside the mall to avoid further contact. I’ve also made presentations about bronies several times in sociology classes, and in the last one I did there was a guy in the front row who had a completely dumbfounded /WHAT?! look on his face. Another occasion occurred prior to that when my text tone went off in the middle of one of my sociology classes, which is basically a stereotypically gay-sounding voice saying “Text message from you know whoooo!” with magical and Powerpuff Girl type sound effects. One of the men in the room said “It’s the bronies”. I responded by saying “It’s not the bronies” and checked the text, which was a spam message from AT&T. I thought “Gee, thanks AT&T”. Lol Perhaps in the future I should turn my phone on silent when I'm in a sociology class I've presented about bronies in.
  5. My name is apparently Butterfly Gem. Does that make me a crystal pony with butterfly wings? Oh noes...I'm one of Hasbro's toy line ponies!
  6. Occasionally when I'm on outings with friends. Wherefore art thou, Romeo?
  7. Banned for your avatar being a white silhouette of a pony.
  8. To my knowledge I don't have any crush or attraction to any of the popular/celebrity bronies. My feelings for such members of the brony fandom are (at this point in time) nothing beyond platonic. I mean I have been attracted to a few bronies I've seen in real life (whether I personally met them or just saw them walking around a convention), as well as perhaps pictures that bronies post of themselves on designated forum threads. But I would that that ALL bronies are alluring in their own way, even if I'm not attracted to them.
  9. I have two videos to share this time around: A PMV for "There, Right There" or more colloquially known as "Gay or European" from Legally Blonde: The Musical. A PMV for "If You Were Gay" from Avenue Q.
  10. There are actually two songs that are currently stuck in my head: "It's Raining Men" by the Weather Girls and "Material Girl" by Madonna.
  11. Time for a PMV of "It's Raining Men" by the Weather Girls. This will be the answer to the shortage of male ponies in Equestria. Lol
  12. I am neutral, though I do believe in the possibility. As for what kind of extraterrestrial life, it could be anything from microscopic organisms to highly advanced intelligent beings who are capable of interplanetary, intersolar, and/or intergalactic travel to beings whose technology is around on par with our own. The Universe is vast and huge (perhaps even infinite), so the likelyhood of there being other places within it that have some sort of life is quite possible.
  13. The accessories I have on me at all times are two rings. One of them is a stainless steel coexist ring that has the symbols for Christianity, Judaism, Islam, Taoism, Hinduism, and Buddhism on it and the other is a stainless steel rainbow ring consisting of the six colors of the LGBT Pride flag. They both symbolize kind of the same thing. They both represent diversity, unity, and tolerance. The coexist one is aimed more towards all kinds of groups (religions, races, ethnicities, nationalities, sexualities, gender, etc.) whereas the rainbow one is directed more towards LGBT people. Besides that I also often wear a stainless steel cross pendant with a compass-style halo. I was raised Christian (and at one point was obsessed with religion) and thus crosses are part of my symbolism. I also of course carry around my wallet and cell phone.
  14. My Favourite Mane 6 Pony: Rarity How did you find MLP Forums?: I was searching for MLP/brony forums on Google and ran across it. How you became a fan of My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic: It actually happened over time. I first remember noticing it back around summer of 2011 but didn’t really think anything of it. Later on I tried checking out My Little Brony on Memebase and thought some of the pics/gifs were funny so I looked up the definition of “brony” and thought it was an amusing yet admirable thing that was something of a novelty. Later on around February 2012 I noticed that someone I liked chatting with on a non-brony forum randomly manifested their bronyhood in their avatar and signature. After joking with them for a bit I decided to go look up clips from it on YouTube. I think the very first clip I saw was Fluttershy saying “You’re going to love me!” I moved from clips to episodes shortly after, and upon seeing the series premiere two-parter I decided to join a forum (not this one). The more episodes I watched the more I loved the show. I’m a college-age guy who is currently in his third year of community college. What I like to do in my free time includes (but not limited to) using the Internet, playing video/computer games, listening to music, memorizing song lyrics, singing (when no one is around, lest my voice goes mute), reading about subjects of interest, trivia, doodling, trying new things, etc. Recently I’ve decided to try delving into the world of reading manga. My interests include (but are not limited to) cultures of all kinds (whether it be in real life or the Internet and whether it be on a more broad scale or as a subgroup), sociology, music and singing, the arts and sciences, and many other things. Brony-wise I don’t do much within this fandom except for watching the show and admiring others’ work (like fan art, fan music, fan videos, fan fiction, etc.). I have made a few meme pictures here and there, and besides that I also operate a meetup group. I also think that everypony is best pony and thus don’t have one absolute favorite, but since I was obligated to choose a favorite of the Mane 6 for this post I just chose Rarity because I admire her fabulosity.
