Envy

I had a headache most of it, so I relaxed. In the evening I took out trash and did trashes.

I sleep with a fan on and a lamp as well. I want to replace that lamp with something dimmer when I have money.

Not really, no. It's become clear to me that I'm a bit of a lone wolf by nature. but I still need some socializing here and there. I had a friend group in my former state that I had formed over years and years, but now I no longer live in that state or anywhere near it so those are all long-distance now and that's not the same. I joined a local community ensemble and have started to get to know people there, so I can hope I start forming a new friend group here. It's going to take more than that, though, I know!

I'm in an apartment so I frequently hear doors shutting. I also, unfortunately, hear loud music because my neighbor below (I think?) plays music really loud sometimes. >.> I also hear loud cars and sometimes trains. Trains are fine, and normal cars going by are fine, but some people like to drive really loudly. What in the world is wrong with them that they think that driving loudly is something to do?

I'd ask what selling my username even means. Does it mean that I'm selling my account/likeness? Will they be able to impersonate me? Or are they just so inclined to my username that they are willing to pay $1000 for it? Any of these scenarios are rather silly on an internet forum like this, though. It's hard for me to imagine it properly. If it was just simply giving up my username, sure. I'll take that money, it'll help me afford food, which we all need in this economy.

It's in the 50s and cloudy. This is my favorite kind of weather! (apparently I'm not human for thinking that...)

Local store didn't have any fresh potatoes today. I had to buy some in a container, I hope they're good! Also, grocery prices have hiked up so much over the past few months, I was doing just fine before that, but now things are difficult.

I have some varieties that I bought not too long before moving. Unfortunately they haven't made the move yet. Maybe I can convince my parents to put them in the next box they're shipping to me? lol.

I had this really bizarre dream the other night. It had both my ex-girlfriend and my former pet cockatiel in it. My pet cockatiel passed away quite some time ago now. But in this dream he was back, and my dream self was aware that he had passed and was so confused (but pleased) that he could be back. Where it got really weird was my ex being there and, in the shock of it all, looking at my pet bird and claiming that he is a deity. It was then that he started talking, and briefly shape-shifted into other birds. It ended with him and I have a conversation. That's certainly one of the oddest dreams I can remember ever having.

Yesterday was a day where I switched a few times. It was a busy day, and I needed to get out and get groceries so I did that early on and just threw on a white T-shirt and denim capris. I would have worn that for the rest of the day, but when I got back I showered before going anywhere else and thus switched clothes. I chose a sangria colored top and black capris for the rest of the day and my rehearsal but then realized that the top got a very visible deodorant stain when I put it on , so I scrambled and had to find another top to put on. I chose a darker floral top that is normally a fall/winter thing... But I did get a compliment for it, so I guess it wasn't too out of season. lol

Yesterday I got a letter from my nephew. Aw.

I live in the New England region of the USA. The best region of the USA!

I like floral patterns often in bright colors, especially when it's seasonally appropriate. Sometimes I have other patterns, or just plain stuff. For tops, I like blouses and tops of various styles, but usually quarter sleeve or sleeveless, with some ruffle or something fun. Sometimes if it's not too hot I'll wear a cardigan, usually cream colored, but I have other colors, as well! Sometimes I'll just wear T-shirts, instead, though. For dresses, they follow a lot of the same guidelines mentioned above. I like pleated or dresses that have some kind of belt or some mid section. I don't like straight dresses just as much as they don't flatter me. My dresses are almost always midi or maxi. I don't really like showing my legs. I have ONE dress that is a bit shorter that I love. I typically wear leggings or something with it. lol (but not at this time of the year...). Also, sometimes with dresses I like them darker. I have some really colorful, but also one of my favorites is just black with white floral patterns. For bottoms, I wear primarily capris. I love black capris with a lot of stuff, but sometimes I'll wear denim (always with t-shirts, sometimes with certain blouses/tops.). I have some skirts, too. Some professional dark ones, but also some cute floral ones. Always, long! For footwear, I like flats, sandals and tennis shoes. Due to medical issues, I no longer wear heels or wedges aside from when I perform in an ensemble or something (which happens so rarely, I let myself wear them, but they are wedges and not too tall. *sigh* I liked heels... but what can I do?) For jewelry, I love dangly earrings! Typically not huge, though. I don't like heavy as I've heard horror stories. lol. But I like them to not be tiny. I also love necklaces, usually with a charm. For rings I'm pretty minimalist, will typically have only one on at a time. As one can imagine, I like floral, but I have a wide variety of themes. I have music-themed jewelry, of course... Including an oboe reed necklace! lol. I love it! I also go all out for Christmas, I have A TON of Christmas themed jewelry. Can't have enough of it. xD Well geez... Now if you ever see me in public you might be able to pick me out after giving that many details... I'm kidding, but still pretty sure I went overboard here. Sorry. I just like sharing because it's typically like the one way that people ever compliment me. Something about my attire whether it be the top/dress or my jewelry typically gets me a compliment. lol

My apartment has a window unit in the living room. I wanted a central air conditioner, but it is what it is. That probably isn't super common up here in the northeast anyway.

From my understanding we're called Nutmeggers. Kind of a weird title to me. lol

According to my email, it's going to be a letter from a symphony orchestra in my former city/state. How they have my address in my new state I have no clue. lol
