    Could be taste thing, but if honest, then characters are same ugly as in Regular Show or Adventure Time. It's just the way their eyes/noses/mouth are drawn & arranged. If you look at kids characters in, say, Renaade or, well, Tupu cartoons, then you would know why I call the ones in Gravity Falls ugly.

    Sorry, but with that & below pics I get only more proved at what I said regarding the character design. It might be hard for you to realize since you're fans & see things differently, but from a sober mind, the characters look ugly.
