It was too epic to comprehend it properly! It showed the origin of elements and detailed history of banishment and enstonement! it had that freaking locked box thingie that suggests long-arc storyline! It made good use of CG for elements of harmony! It was awesome!

Was kinda half-expecting to see banishment of King Sombra too.

I got one question to Meghan McCarthy; Why couldn't you write the same epic story for Equestria Girls?

This episode supports furthermore develops my headcanon of Elements of Harmony! I always thought elements of harmony did not well described each pony's personality. So my headcanon was that each elements are not an ultimate description of each mane six thus should not be a tool of defining each characters, but are just like a portion task provided to mane six not neccessarily relating to each character's general personality traits. I mean, as for Fluttershy, Rarity and Pinkie Pie, their elements were limited to partial aspects of each of them's personality(Fluttershy is kind nearly only for animals, as shyness prevents her from approaching other ponies, Rarity being generous mostly only with fashion items, and Pinkie Pie, although is happy most of the times, can feel utter depression from time to time), and AJ and RD are normally opposite of their elements(AJ tells white lies and RD are lazy and self-centered), but are willing to stick to their elements in desperate times. Their personality traits do not match up with each characters' elements most of the times. This episode(s) have confirmed that extra five ponies are not necessary to activate the magic of elements of harmony, but appears to require high level magic. In 'Magic Duel', there are magics which are high in level that alicorns are the one that can perform such magic, and is further confirmed by this episode with Zecora's potion. So, my belief is that Elements of Harmony require high level of magic to fully unleash its magical potential, and for Unicorn Twilight, that level is achieved by aids of Friendship(equation:Friendship=Magic), and distribution of each elements to each ponies allowed easier activation of magic of Elements of Harmony, therefore Twilight is the one that distributed elements of Harmony to each mane six, and her method of distribution are highly biased to what Twilight perceived each of her friends to be on that night. P.S. This headcanon is completed only ninety minutes after the show, and it's 6:30 in the morning here, so this headcanon might need more polishing.

The only pony merch I've ever bought was one crystal pony blind bag, which costed me $5 NZD. It was Berry Dreams, and I wore it around my neck at conventions to show I'm a brony while cosplaying as other video game character. Can't say it was worth my money though. It was really bad reskin of Pinkie Pie, and the crystal, translucent body just didn't look right.

10 is a big number for me. So here's 6: 1) Celestia and Luna might be used to mock the presidents or prime ministers. For example, Luna overthrows Celestia forever and rule Equestria to mock how Obama beated Romney in the poll. 2) Technology of Equestria may advance drastically, to create satire jokes of our world's technology Equestria might invent a compact magic device called iPony, and everypony will own one. Later, the fifth generation might come out, which everypony hates. 3) More foreign countries will be introduced in the show, imitating existing countries to add in more political jokes. E.g. North/South Korea => North/South Unicorea(Unicorn + Korea) Israel => Isrear(Israel + rearing) Russia => Retuersia(Retuerta + Russia) 4)Modern political/military issues will be portrayed via each country's army. Equestria's weapons might be replaced from spears to magic pulse rifle named Magic 16, or in short, M16, while in Retuersia, they use high velocity crystal launcher named Amber Katapult 74, or in short, AK-74. Such weapons will be supplied to Isrear and Saddle Arabia for their confict. 5) Earth ponies, pegasi and unicorns will be more racist against each other, and make up racist names and stereotypical jokes. Earth ponies might be stereotyped similar to American farmers, called 'Dirty hooves' and mocked of their farming abilities. Pegasus might pick up from the fandom's 'wingboner' and stereotyped similar to Thailand people, with their bizarrely portrayed sexual attraction. Unicorns might be stereotyped similar to Asians, with their peculiar(posh) accents and how they are good at everything with their magical horn. 6) Character developement might end right there, if not degraded. Such is evident in other TV shows, like in Futurama, Bender becomes more obnoxious, in The Big Bang Theory, Sheldon Cooper becomes more stubborn and in The Simpsons, Homer becomes more stupid. Twilight Sparkle will portray more insane level of OCPD. Rainbow Dash and Applejack will become stereotypically muscular and stupid. Pinkie Pie will be more of a douche, meaner with pranks. Rarity will become more than a romance lover, perhaps into a whore. Fluttershy will be more socially inept.
