Not liking something because it's ugly still seems pretty shallow. And the show wasn't supposed to have a good plot, its entire purpose was to be funny. Personally, i'm not a big fan of the show, but the things you're judging the show on aren't what it was intended for.
How much story are you gonna get out of 6-7 minute episodes?
I hate to say it, but I just liked a post that criticized one of the mane ponies.
I'd like to be friends with my three favorite ponies (Fluttershy, Pinkie Pie, and Twilight Sparkle). Also, Applejack would be a good friend.
Yeah...but i'm still confused. When you said "disturbing", did you mean you like it, or did you dislike the show?
I still stand by my previous post, the visuals shouldn't be as important to us as the writing since we're not kids.
Because I said the content of the episodes, not the content of the entire show...and to me, content has more to do with writing than how the characters look.
This episode spent way too much time focusing on how "awesome" Rainbow Dash is...which was the exact opposite of awesome.
Not a bad episode, but I was very disappointed with it...RD might actually be my least favorite pony after this episode.
And my opinion of the RD fangirl Scootaloo didn't exactly improve that much with this episode either...
It doesn't even come close, IMO. The shorts with the Warners were the only things from that show that i'd put in the same tier as MLP:FiM...this coming from someone who's seen every episode of both shows.
Not really. It started out on Animaniacs, but later became a spin-off series.
