      Yeah, I don't really enjoy the gruesome fanfics much. I didn't mind the idea of rainbow factory, cause it's more dark and twisted, and less gory. I'm more into psychological thrills than blood violence.

    in my own personal opinion, we have no way of knowing the exact way that time there would work. what really stumps me is this.. if luna was banished to the moon could she still have moved said moon properly? or was it celestia? another question would be , if luna was still able to move the moon at the proper" times" how would she know what time to move?

    i agree with the "mother-figure" statement twi was the one who hatched and cared for spike.. there seems to be more of an almost mother \child bond rather than boss\assistant i see no reason for spike to leave twilight

    we don't really get much of Rarity's personal life or history shown to us.. that, in turn, makes her less developed than the other ponies..i believe that she is disliked because she comes across as a rather "flat" character. but tha'ts just my own personal opinion...

    i will admit the whole 'laser plant death' struck me more than it should have... it pulled a nerve with me.. i cant help but think that that particular scene might foreshadow something in the future..guess we'll have to see

    it does appear that she has grown...her facial structure and body proportions look slightly more mature than before.... maybe its just me

    considering that season 4 has just begun there isn't much judgement to base on it... that's like saying that the latest doctor (Doctor Who) is overrated because hes older. perhaps if we give it more time the story-line will sharpen up. i'll agree with the "no antagonist " statement. but as a note to that, its possible that the writers have noticed that they have begun each season the same way and fear becoming too predictable just a few thoughts
