    Transformers Prime! I would normally recommend Beast Wars as it was one of the best shows and set the tone for Transformers from there on out but honestly Transformers Prime tops as a story and it doesn't suffer from the Season 1 Rough Patch nearly as badly as Beast Wars did. Plus it is best that you get an introduction to a Transformers series with the Autobots and Deceptions first as those are the main factions in Transformers as a whole. Watch Beast Wars second as it is a really good show especially after it hits its stride. In order of recommendation 1. Transformers Prime 2. Beast Wars. 3. Transformers Animated And for the love of Primus DO NOT watch the Armada Trilogy!!

    So basically "What I'm doing is wrong. I know what I'm doing is wrong. But I'm going to do it anyway!" and how does this make everything better? I mean look, no matter what way you slice it, Hope's the bad guy. Either through being an idiot (which is the most likely option because when Cadance instantly figured out what Hope couldn't in 1000 years, Hope was genuinely shocked), delusional or still willing to commit high treason even though she knows what she's doing is wrong, making it hard to sympathize with her.

    Well damn, DQ ya beat me to this thread!! Anyway yeah you really can't get any dumber than glued on photographs however I a close second is Radiant Hope spending 1000 years with the Umbrum and in all that time she never once figured out their true nature! Never once did she catch on that she was being manipulated and yet Cadence managed to figure it out instantly.

    If there's a season 7 I hope they put Twilight in more episodes. I really don't like how we've been seeing less and less of her Seasons 5 & 6

    Now that we're getting an update on the two systems I think I might go with the PS4 Pro for the same reason I went with the PS2 over the Xbox and the PS3 over the 360. Because Microsoft simply has nothing to offer, they never have. It really doesn't matter how many terraflops or .15 GHz or whatever other specs the Xbone has over the PS4 because to me it doesn't really matter as the specs are pretty much similar, the differences are just minor. The important question I have is what games do they have to offer? Sony has won this over Microsoft in every console generation. They've had Infamous, Last of Us, God of War, Little Big Planet, Ratchet & Clank, Jak & Daxter, Killzone, Demons Souls, The Resistance series, Metal Gear Solid 4, Uncharted, Yakuza, and all these other games over the past three generations and Microsoft has only had Gears of War and Halo. Other than that their library consists of titles that are either on PC or on Sony's consoles. I already have a PC so I'm quite happy with it and other than that I might get a PS4 for the games that are only coming out on consoles like Kingdom Hearts 3 and Final Fantasy XV and Only Sony has exclusive games that I'm looking forward to. So if I'm going to pick a console I'd rather not buy the one with the IMHO inferior library.

    Sir, you clearly have not seen what a Mary Sue really is. I've seen plenty of them and Twilight doesn't make the cut. This is character that has had plenty of development and has had to go through plenty of struggles over the course of six seasons. She is not a Mary Sue. Now if you want to see a Mary Sue then allow me to point you in the direction of Ninja Turtles: The Next Mutation that had Venus de Milo and Doctor Who which had Clara Oswald, then you will know what a Mary Sue is!

    So I see the Twilight Sparkle = Mary Sue discussion is back. People, she's not a Mary Sue. Now if you want to know what a Mary Sue is allow me to point you in the direction of Clara Oswald from Doctor Who and Venus de Milo from Ninja Turtles The Next Mutation. Then you will know what a Mary Sue is.

      Donna Noble-Character Development for her was POINTLESS. Heck Clara's departure fixed a lot issue had with Donna's ending.

      The End of Time- Yeah that is not how I envisioned 10s ending

      Rose Tyler- A romantic interest for the Doctor done wrong

      The Master arc ending- Enough with the Jesus symbolism

      How RTD made the Daleks not scary anymore by using them in every finale expect 3 and End of Time

    I know people say Rainbow has regressed in character last episode but honestly I don't see it as the character has never matured to begin with.

      Heavily disagree, based on what we've seen on S6 alone. In Newbie Dash, she pulled the same recklessness she called out Lightning Dust for from WBA. In 28 Pranks Later, the episode pretty much forgot everything she learned from both MMDW and GtBO and redid every mistake the former did. In contrast, STFF actually felt like she grew up from her last Daring Do experience, she's still an uber fangirl, but she knows how to handle the situation this time

    I have to ask: What the hell are CBS and Paramount doing? Star Trek Discovery isn't even out yet and they're already screwing up with poor distribution in Canada and the US.

    I'm going to have to be the one with the unpopular opinion and say I had no issue with Newbie Dash as it is an accurate depiction of certain workplaces, particularly the military (which the Wonderbolts are based on and from what I hear from former servicemen, it's an accurate depiction ) and especially the the construction industry (which I'm in).

    ...What Villains? Starlight is the only villain who was instantly redeemed. Sunset had to go through a another movie before she was redeemed. I'm not going to get into the comics because even though it's never been decanonized people still deny canon status. So going by what's been onscreen. Luna was never evil as she was possessed (confirmed by Lauren Faust ), Discord was only fully redeemed after Tiger's rampage, Chrysalis was never redeemed, Sombra was never redeemed (on screen ), Tirek was never redeemed, the dazzlings were never redeemed, Cinch was never redeemed and Human Twilight was never evil to begin with. Your post is highly inaccurate.

    You know, when some people say that a movie, tv show or episode of good show is outright terrible, my first instinct is to go "It can't be that bad" and most of the time I'm right.

      Yep. I can actually get enjoyment out of a lot of things deemed bad. EqG, Dark Knight Rises, Man of Steel. Nowhere near as bad as people made them out to be. I have seen much much worse.
