    Excuse me, but are you implying your opinion that "the show is going downhill" is fact and that everyone who disagrees is wrong and only likes it because it's pony?

    No. There is no drop in quality it's just that some fans prefer the older seasons and others (like me) prefer the newer ones. The fandom has been like this for years. IMO this season isn't the best but it isn't the worst either. My Opinion: S5>S4>S6>S2>S3>S1

    Alright so I'm pretty sure that some of us read fanfiction and of course we're bound to run into somethings that annoy us whether it be rushed pacing, frequent spelling/grammar mistake, etc. and I, personally, will never understand the praise some of these stories get. So ladies, gentlemen discuss your pet peeves in fanfiction. Starting off, here's a big one that I have: Characters constantly and excessively crying in a serious story. I can understand it happening in a Comedy story as it's played for laughs but in a serious story it's just annoying when it happens frequently. For example, a character story gets badly injured, he'll recover but his friends (most of the time his female friends) just let out the waterworks...even characters known for keeping their composure (in MLP fanfiction for example: Celestia and Luna). Understandable the first time around (except for those ones who are known for keeping their composure) but then afterwards they're easily triggered. Character is recovering and is having trouble walking, his friends cry. They know he's feeling bad, they cry. They feel concerned, they cry. His friends have memories of this party or other event they didn't invite him to, they cry. People, there are other ways to portray grief, guilt or concern without having the characters letting the waterworks go off every five seconds! If you have your characters constantly crying it doesn't look realistic, it doesn't make your story look good, it only looks cheesy and melodramatic.

    Equestria Girls is Canon. Meghan McCarthy confirmed that herself. There has been no suggestion that it is and in a panel at SDCC the staff said that they MIGHT have Sunset return to Equestria.

    Out of all the towns and cities we've seen in FiM (Show, comic and EqG) I REALLY don't like Canterlot

    Ugh! No! NO! I don't care how much flak I get for this! As much as I don't like Trump, Hilary Clinton, when you do research on her, is terrifying!

      This is why this is the most horrible election yet. If the choices are simply Trump and Clinton, then it is all hopeless.

      Yeah I agree. But the scary part is, as much as people talk about how "scary Trump" is Hilary Clinton when you do your research is much much worse. I'd take Trump as President over Clinton, that's how bad she is!

    If Zephyr Breeze in an obnoxious college age pony in MLP, I'd REALLY hate to imagine what his EG counterpart is like! The thought terrifies me!

    I really don't understand why a Boba Fett movie is getting made. The character wasn't that great. really, the best thing to come out of his existence is Captain Rex.

    You are correct about Police Brutality being a problem. You are are however quite wrong about the police force being racist. This whole "more blacks are being killed than whites" thing is made up.     Ah, I made a blog post on this issue. Yeah, he's an alumnus however do keep in mind he participated four years prior and Cadence is in a pretty high up position in school administration which would take quite a number of years to get to and if she were Shining Armor's age she'd probably still be in University rather than a dean. So...

    So, looking at the trailers for TMNT 2 Out of the Shadows. The first thing that comes to mind REALLY shouldn't be "Who Framed Roger Rabbit".

    Again true, but PPG and Hamtaro had the misfortune of being one-shots whilst My Little Pony Friendship is Magic is part of a brand and thus the fandom will have a more difficult time dying out. As I said before, the G4/FiM fandom is not the entire MLP fandom, it's just a branch of it, nothing more. Just like Transformers: Prime Fandom is to Transformers, the TMNT '12 fandom to Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, the Star Trek: The Next Generation fandom to Star Trek, The Pokemon Gen 1 fans to Pokemon, The Batman TAS fans to Batman etc, etc. They're only branches, they don't make up the entire fandom as there so many entries to their respective franchises, each entry creating fans of its own. MLP is very much the same way, Friendship is Magic was a colossal success and when it's over, Hasbro will make a another entry to the franchise drawing in new fans and fans of previous shows alike. This is why Transformers is brought up with every discussion where someone says that "The Fandom is going to end". It isn't. Like Transformers, Hasbro will want MLP to continue its success and so long as there are new entries and content on the side to chew on whether it be movies, comics or books, the My Little Pony fandom will continue on.

    This is completely inaccurate. The fandom didm't die and it's far from it. It merely calmed down from its boom and lost its fad status. That is all. All fandoms have gone through it. Notably: Transformers, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (Turtlemania) and Pokemon. All of them went through a fad phase, the fad died out and the fandoms are still very much alive decades after their fad phase ended. The same thing will happen with the My Little Pony fandom and technically it already has. Don't forget the MLP fandom is NOT exclusive to FiM, we're only a branch of the overall MLP fandom which started with G1 and if it weren't for the G1 fans, the G4 fandom wouldn't exist.

    Trusst me this something all shows and franchises have got. There are multiple fansites out there and some are more positive and others are more negative.
