Chip was actually one of my real nicknames years ago...haha "Doug" was actually a pun for "Dug" as a past-tense reference to a defensive dig in volleyball (and "Liberro" being a misspelling of "Libero", the defensive specialist on a volleyball team), but I see what you mean.

It's pretty concise isn't it? And it does sound like a name you'd hear among pegasi. Nah, Swift Wind kind I popped out at me! I don't think he'd want Iron though, seeing as it sounds heavy and slow...and he is quick and agile!

*EDIT* Modified poll! These are my top three favorites! ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ So, back at the end of March of this year, I joined MLP Forums. I created a simple concept of my online pony persona using the Pony Creator on deviantArt. (1st edition) Since that day, I have not had an actual name for my pony-self. I've stuck to going by PE Brony this whole time for by myself and my avatar. Throughout the summer he's had a couple new looks, based on Soarin's build and mane. (2nd edition) During the 2014 MLPF World Cup, I gave him two new outfits to fit the occasion as an official commentator for the Cup. (3rd and 4th editions -current) However, in all this time, he has never had a true name for himself. I've come up with a couple myself as of today, but was wondering if anypony had some suggestions or thoughts on the matter. If you could, vote for one you think fits, OR post a different name you think might fit him better. Bio: He's a PE teacher/coach. Major focuses are on soccer and volleyball. He loves encouraging everypony to participate, regardless of skill level, and loves teaching others the finer points of each sport. He's not an advocate for professional athletes/teams, but loves sports for the sports themselves and helping others come to love participating in them Tell me what you think, even if you think my names are stupid! I can take critique just fine! No need to be mean about it though! haha Thanks for the input!

I believe Silverwisp is referring to this scene where they are singing together during the contest: (I must say, I find Lyra to be quite attractive in this movie) As soon as two girls do anything together, they're automatically assumed to be lesbians. I've seen plenty of girls do this kind of thing and are all completely heterosexual. ========================================================================= Aaaanyway... My brother-in-law and little sister got me into watching Adventure Time. I've watched all six seasons up to the current episode. It took me watching the first two seasons to finally start to actually enjoy it (starting in the third season). I feel like character development is not as strong since the stories are only ~10 minutes long each. Despite the shorter time, there is an underlying story, but it often feels few and far between. I have actually come to enjoy the background characters more than the main characters in AT (something I have not done with MLP; Mane 6 FTW!) All in all, I still prefer MLP over AT. That being said...Marceline the Vampire Queen...she's...amazing...

I find that the majority of people who advocate each of the "no-shave" months are guys that cannot actually grow non-patchy facial hair. Most guys I know that can grow decent facial hair do it whenever they feel like it. I've gotten annoyed with all the "no-shave" months. "Just Don't Shave January" "Forget Shaving February" "Mustache March" "Anti-Shave April" "No-Shave November" "Don't Shave December" Those are the ones I've personally heard people say. I hate mustaches anyway, so I always keep mine shorter than the rest of my beard. They're annoying when trying to eat, and most mustaches make people look creepy, though there are, of course, exceptions. I grew mine out for Halloween, though I've not been clean shaven in probably 5 months or so...I gave it a trim yesterday since I no longer was going for the 'grisly' look for my pirate costume. The long hair is fake, but the beard is legit. -

Sorry...I didn't feel like dealing with making hyperlinks on my phone...that I'm not among the Octavia fans...so...yeah...She's pretty an' all, but I have no inclinations towards her personally. I submitted the appropriate response and left it at that! -
Octavia is in the musical group that plays at the Grand Galloping Gala. She appears other times at parties and is always playing her cello. No picture since I'm on my phone.

Hurray! You mentioned my personal favorite: Alagaesia! Inheritance is my favorite fantasy series (which wouldn't have happened without my beloved LotR, I must say). The lay of the land, the interaction of the cultures, the elves, and the practicality of using magic draining yourself really made me want to live in Alagaesia! Game-world-wise, I'd probably have to go with Halo, Fable: The Lost Chapters, or Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood (while in Rome, I don't care about the modern day part of the game as much). It's interesting to me because Fable is set in a mystically ancient Albion (Britain), Assassin's Creed is set in historical nations, (Brotherhood being in Italy), and Halo is completely futuristic: they're all so vastly different from each other, and yet they've all captured my imagination! But of course, I'd want to live in Ponyville as well. Too many love-able characters to meet to not to! -

Halo 2: My friends and I have played this campaign SO many times I've lost count. It's been the campaign I've re-played the most in the series, followed by Reach. Portal 2: My friends and I died from laughter while playing the co-op in Portal 2. It's just way too great of a game to NOT enjoy it! I'm pretty excited for the co-op coming up for Assassin's Creed: Unity.
