It depends on the family in question, what they're in the mood for, what's part of their diet, what's available, etc. If you are asking about common staples; there's cheeseburgers, hot dogs, fried chicken, BBQ, etc. However, America is a multicultural country with people from many different heritages. So depending on your family's heritage, you might prefer to other kinds of dishes more often. Do you like cheese-filled hotdogs/sausage?
