A gloomy, rainy Saturday morning at work isn't terribly interesting...
But the scones and doughnuts left in the breakroom are!

You look very handsome. I would like to join you if you will allow me.
Also my Changeling side wouldn't mind if you share some love

There aren't many things that can match the comfort of freshly dry-cleaned bedsheets.
Except maybe a warm blanket to go with it.
Bliss~

@Samurai Equine It's actually supposed to be a brown leather jacket, but in retrowave things are usually drawn in negative filter, soooo...

Today is turning out pretty good. Y'know one thing that would make it better, though?

Well, today started out a little... dramatic. With a brief trip to the hospital.
Clumsy Mr. Horse tripped on the stairs and got a sharp cut on my left hand. Fortunately the wound was superficial, but the bleeding was enough to make me go get it checked out. 3 hours later I was discharged with a bandaged, disinfected hand and an A-OK from the nurses. Just gonna have to keep an eye on it for the next few days, but they seem to think it should heal fairly quickly. Here's hoping!
How is everyone else today?

I was recently reading a book that talked about how the stairs are the most dangerous part of the house, and how the majority of accidents in your life will probably occur on one. I guess life wanted to teach me that lesson for real.
When you read a book so hard it becomes a reality.
Yeah it's kinda interesting how seemingly "normal" thing that's pretty much everywhere is actually a big sneaky threat. I remember when I fell from stairs back when I was going to school. I literally tripped on the very first step and been rolling and bouncing around like in the movies 'till I hit the floor. I got away without any injuries whatsoever, but I bet it was hilarious to watch, it did take me a moment to get down like this after all. I like how it was loud due to everyone talking during the break-time and suddenly becoming dead quiet, because some comedian started doing his trick on the stairs. But hey, everyone has their own ways of using stairs.
Either way, I'm glad it wasn't anything serious, wishing you a quick recovery! Also when nurses apply bandages, there's healing bonus due to their passive talents.
And me, I'm doing fine. Nothing extraordinary, although I'm tired because I don't sleep well.

This is a good Friday.
I mean, Fridays are always good, but this one is especially great!
So great, it calls for a Friday Shuffle and celebratory cup of tea.

They just keep them coming! I can't keep up!

It's Sunday Funday.
But the fun doesn't start until I've had my tea.
