    I see no logical reason why she wouldn't be in the Changeling episode, considering apparently Sunburst is in it.

    I said we should focus a bit more on Starlight, not make the entire show about her and/or replace all of Fluttershy's episode spots with her. And I will admit that I may have been exaggerated a bit, but the point still stands that we have gotten COUNTLESS episodes of "Fluttershy is shy/afraid. Fluttershy overcomes this." for the past 5 seasons, and while she has progressed somewhat, that doesn't change the fact that her character arc has gotten repetitive. And it's not as if she hasn't gotten any episodes this season, she did get "Flutter Brutter".

    It's almost as if Starlight is a new character, therefore we would logically focus on her progression so we could get to know her better as opposed to focusing on the progression of a Character whose development has been going in circles for 5 seasons.

    Finally got around to watching this. Overall, not a bad episode. I liked the concept of having an episode centered around both the CMC as well as their sisters (literal sisters or otherwise). That being said, it was a bit annoying to see the older siblings essentially not respecting the wishes of the younger ones, especially as this was meant to be an event for the kids. The song was pretty good, and very catchy. And of course we got some more fan pandering in this one. Throwing in Derpy in the flashback was actually pretty funny in my opinion, as was having Scootaloo bring over a chicken head (although they're a few years late on that joke). Overall, not the best epsiode, but not the worst. 8.5/10

    This was an excellent episode in my opinion. I'm glad that we got to see A.K Yearling/Daring Do again. I was a bit concerned that after Daring Don't we would only hear about her in the context of being a character again, so it's nice to see her in person again. Quibble Pants was.... well he was annoying. But he was enjoyably annoying, by which I mean he was at least entertaining/humorous, for me anyway. I really like the moral this episode has. As someone who spends time in multiple fandoms, I see more and more tribalism. People are seemingly becoming unwilling to interact with fans who disagree on major, or even minor, aspects of whatever the fandom is for. This saddens me because to me, fandoms are about enjoying things TOGETHER. This episode shows that you can both be fans of something while disagreeing on aspects of it, and still enjoy it together/be friends with whatever it is you are both a fan of being a common interest. Anyways, great episode, 9.5/10.

    According to the Equestria Daily article, one of the things mentioned at the panel, left out here for some reason, was:"Starlight Glimmer will need to earn her throne in Twilight's Castle" So, no. It isn't just "fan conjecture".

    I'd love to see Cheese Sandwich again. I'm a huge Weird Al fan, so I really liked his character. I'm guessing you like Maud.

    I wouldn't boycott G5 or protest in the streets or anything, but I don't really need a nerdy character to have glasses for me to figure out they're nerdy, and I'm assuming that if they gave her glasses they would be the big, stereotypical nerd ones. I felt the same way about human Twilight in EQG, it felt forced.

    Well the pilot certainly hasn't aged well, or the first half or so of season 1 for that matter. They really aren't up to the standard the show later set for itself. Obviously there's nothing wrong with a show getting better as it goes along, it's just a bit jarring to watch some of those early episodes. The Return of Harmony has aged phenomenally, in my opinion. It definitely stands the test of time. It's probably the Season 2 episode I revisit the most.

    Everything that (IMO) makes the show good, but on a bigger scale fitting the big screen. Great Writing, Great Animation, A Great Storyline, Great Comedy, and Great Characters.
