    A late lunch of vegetable stew with sausages - potato, parsnip, carrot, onion, red pepper, a vegetable stock pot, bit of Bisto gravy & garam massala ... - Yo mama .....

    Yesterday lunch, Spanish omelette - diced potato, oinion & red pepper, wholemeal bread... - Yesterday evening, Heinz spagetti & sausages on Polish bread, with a few baked beans & a dash of Worcestershire sauce... - Today, Sunday lunch comprising of half a Cornish pasty, potato mash with margerine, milk & horseradish sauce, roast parsnips & carrots, forllowed by homemade rhubarb pie (no pix). Still needs more sugar!
