    Got mushrooms that really MUST be eaten, so sausage casserole, still didn't use up all the mushrooms tho! Usual thing, mushrooms, red pepper, chopped onion, sausages, Coleman's sauce mix, a bit of garam massala, and a dose of Korean pot noodle spice sachet. Strong 'n' streamin'! (No pix)

    More leftovers - steamed potatoes (these ones are getting old), reheated sausage rolls, courgette red pepper & spring onions fried in olive oil, ditto fried egg, Himalayan pink salt, black pepper, ketchup, tea. Followed by a small Mr. Kipling apple pie, then a blackcurrant & apple pie.

    Been slashing down rain all night and this morning, looks like it's stopping now. Long range forecast suggests more or similar going into next month. Next weekend will be wet.

    Again, pour-over style using a filter. Columbian V60 grind. Much more betterer. Top tip - do not let it 'soak' in the mug, just drip.
