    I'm not saying my life lacks excitement, but one of my biggest joys is a nice sit down.

    Still crazy hot. Last night at 1 am it still felt like daytime outside. But apparently should cool down a bit by middle of next week. 30° C, wind WSW gusting 34, visibilty = VG, humidity = 40%, UV = yikes! pollen = yaahhchooo.....!

    Wrung out by the heat. I don't cope with hot weather well, makes me feel exhausted all the time.

    Just for some slight variation, quiche lorraine with steamed potatoes, salad, mayonnaise.....

    Remarkably windy, so not so hot today. Gusting 38 mph.

    Cheese & brovolli quiche, steamed potatoes, salad, mayonnaise..... - . Evening, baked beans & fried egg on toast, followed by grapes (no pix)

    2 nights at The Malvern Hills Hotel for August, and train tickets to get there and back.

    Yesterday – sausages & mash, with roast parsnips, fried onion, red pepper & lettuce, in olive oil, fried egg on top..... - . Later, mini apple & blackcurrant pies with ice cream. Evening, Korean pot noodle with sourdough bread.

    The signing on the bypass around Ledbury still hasn't improved over a few years ago. You're looking for the place name you want to go to but it's not there (in this case, Malvern. It was signed earlier, but not here). Penny finally dropped that instead it's 'through traffic'. I know it's been a while since I was last here, but sheesh.

    Crazy hot again, currently 30° C, but wind SSE gusting 25. UV 7!
