    Special tools for removing / installing Shimano 'cartridge bottom bracket' 'body' and 'adaptor' (some bicycle parts terminology is just weird), basically this is the thing that the pedals and gears attach to. For some reason never explained left and right sides are different, hence the need for two tools ..... - . .

    Cheddar cheese & Branston pickle sandwich, followed by carrot cake, later Jacob's cheese flavour crackers. Sometime before all that, it was blackcurrant pie & raspberry ripple ice cream.

    Stormy – been slashing down rain all day and strong winds, seems to have settled down a bit now, but there's a weather warning for tomorrow Saturday, for strong easterly winds. Now, 17° C, rain, wind SSW gusting 46 mph.

    All you pones using imgur to host pictures, be aware imgur have suddenly started blocking access to UK, so all we get now is big purple rectangles with "content not available in your region", and it's really annoying. Especially how it messes with forum page layout. This sort of possibility is why I always upload, just in case the img url becomes unavailable .....     Now well into British autumn, trend is cool ranging 15 – 20° C, occasional showers interspersed with sunny spells. Has been quite hot and sunny up until about a week ago, seem to be past all that now.

    Yesterday (forgot to post it) – Quiche lorraine with steamed old new potatoes & baked beans, ketchup, tea ..... - . Today, jacket potato with cheese & baked beans filling, + salad of lettuce tomato cucumber red pepper raw onion, mayonnaise, tea ..... - . Followed by apple pie & ice cream (no pix)

    Really sorry to read this, wishing you all the best. I do like the Fall / Autumn season, must be said. - Me — slept nearly 12 hours, woke up with a headache and slightly dizzy. Probably too much late night Youtube watching (where I fall asleep in the chair). Still trying to shake off the headache, and aggro with online groceries shopping wasn't helping. (Changed debit card needed updating which I forgot about.) Mutliple OTP's, good job I own a smart 'phone that works isn't it? And that it can get a signal. How do other people get on that don't have smart 'phones ...
