  1. The Starlight Glimmer pic should be done soon. I didn't have computer access for a few days so it took longer than intended. In the meantime here are some really old commissions I did years ago. I have two more old mlp pictures for later featuring an oc pony family and Trotcon doodles of AJ and Pinkie.
  2. Starlight Glimmer fanart coming soon!

      Yay! Will look forward ^-^

    2. Sweet Palette
  3. Unless something throws me off track I should have a new drawing in my commission thread in a few hours. Just have to do the final ink and it's on to color. Look for it!

  4. I was attacked by fire ants when I accidentally stood on their hill. We had been out at the lake all day. I was badly sunburned, exhausted and falling asleep on my feet while my mom and her boyfriend loaded up the boat and various other stuff. My mom told me to stand off to the side and I just went where she told me. Moments later my leg felt like it was on fire. I looked down and I had fire ants scurrying up my leg and into my swimsuit. My mom told me to run into the water and wash them off so I did. Yeah...they bite harder when you do that and they don't come off easily. That night I was badly burned, running a fever and had my feet, legs and sensitive areas covered in ant bites. The only other attacks I had were dogs. I have scars on my face more than 20 years later from the first dog. The second dog didn't manage to do lasting damage, but I thought my arm had been broken at the time of the attack. I was amazed when I found out my arm hadn't even been cut.
  5. It was all heavy rain and thunder the whole night. The rolling booms woke me up this morning. Now it's a pleasant sprinkling rain. I even have the windows open to enjoy the day.
  6. The population where I live is 346. I think the field behind our house will have more ears of corn come summer. 30 miles away is Columbus, Ohio so it's a lot different.
  7. More art! Except for the first picture they're all old pieces. The dog thing was a commission, the dragon and sheep were gift art and the rabbit is one of my old characters.
  8. Designing a new character while watching MST3K
  9. I was working on a new picture when I found this one in my WIP folder. I slapped some color on the hair, eye and collar to finish it. I have no idea when I originally did this one. The mini is part of a sticker set I was going to make years ago. The other picture should be done in the next few days. It's another picture of Hershey, so no Zelda fanart this time. Just a note: Commissions are open
  10. I decided to share my other drawings. It'll mostly end up being furry art. There might be some random fanart thrown in at some point. My character, Dorian, is dominating the first post, but I have other characters I'll post later.
  11. Oops, I didn't notice you nice folks had replied. Sorry! Thank you for the kind compliments! It depends on the drawing, but I almost always use at least 5 layers. I have the sketch, ink, flat, shade and highlights. I usually end up with over 20 layers and just as many saves. Lately, I've been merging the sketch layers together and doing the same with the ink so I don't have so much to deal with. I tried doing the one layer thing and found I didn't enjoy it and would get easily frustrated. Now for my Gerudo Link! I was going to put more details in this one, but my arm cramped up and I decided to call it a night. As always, I shrank it down by over half so it wouldn't swamp the screen. (I draw on a 10" x10" canvas on a smaller laptop.)
  12. I'm so happy to have a commission shop! :D

  13. Sorry I haven't posted in awhile. Finances and housing trouble have kept me away. I'll have a picture of Gerudo Vai Link as a MLP up soon. I'm hoping to have a commission shop open soon as well. Due to the troubles already mentioned we're trying to scrape together $30,000 to get out of a horribly toxic situation. Please commission me when I'm open and/or spread the word if you can. It will be greatly appreciated. I realize I can't possibly draw enough to reach our goal, but this is all I can do to help and every penny counts.
  14. Happy New Year! I may or may not have accidentally snorted sparkling cider. Please avoid following my example at the start of this new year.

Still better than spicy noodle water! XD

  15. Luna has always been my number one favorite. (I just wish I could find more merchandise.) As for this forum there is a Luna fan club that seems to be fairly active.
  16. I got the 20th Anniversary Mew plushy from my husband for Christmas! I had totally given up on getting one and certainly didn't expect to unwrap one today. I squealed and he grinned like a Cheshire cat.
  17. I have a white birthmark on the front of my left ankle. I'm naturally very, very pale so I have to spend practically every day outside under the summer sun for it to show up. Of course, because I'm so pale I try to avoid extended time in the sun. It looks a bit like a horse's head. When I was around 3 I told everyone it meant I could run fast.
  18. From my mother-in-law and father-in-law: A Pikachu plushy (the same one they get me every year. It's becoming tradition at this point.) 2 Pokemon booster packs A Pokemon figure set with Hoopa and Pikachu We found out my mother-in-law thinks Pokemon is just "the yellow one." From my brother-in-law and his family: A huge, amazing, fuzzy Pikachu blanket 3 Pokemon booster packs They also didn't know anything Pokemon except "the yellow one." From Alecks: A Black Series Kylo Ren A Black Series Cassian The 20th Anniversary Mew plushy 2 Pokemon booster packs From my best friend: The Sun and Moon New Nintendo 3DS XL (I got it the day Sun and Moon came out) From Santa: A Charmander plushy
  19. Merry Christmas!

      Ho-ho-ho! Merr Christmas.

  20. It's officially Christmas Eve here and we still have to wrap everything.

  21. Dogs that were over 50lbs. I could tell they weighed more than 50lbs because they were heavier than the 50lb dog food bags I had to lift. (For the general record the largest dog I've worked with was a 150lb rottie. Thankfully, I never had to pick him up.)
  22. Will do. I've been trying to draw something daily to get into a proper habit.
  23. I wanted to do something simple so here's a colored sketch.
