And with mine, your choices to try your very best to continue on with Hasbro, however made very wise and clever move to make sure bulk of your content, is salvagable, should hasbro give you a C&D. Yes i'm fully aware that you rather focus on your own creation and not take on side creations. However my creation will not be ready for quite some time. JK Rowlings Books of Harry Potter took 10 years to write. and the series is 7 Novels long. My creation is 12 Novels long, plus 2 side books. So i would not be ready for a long time. However once my story work is complete, You Company Harmonize Entertainment is #1 on my list, DreamWorks got #2 list Spot. and i go down the line. disney and hasbro, they did not make it on my list. they are both banned to touch my creation. Harmonize Entertainment beat disney and hasbro you even are above DreamWorks. I sooner burn my creation to ashes than ever let Disney get their hands on it. To be honest i have a soft sport for Dreamworks. I love their work and their Stories a Funny, cool, so emotional and creative. However i also believe in helping others to stand tall and strong and become a beaken of light that shines bright around the world. however that is years from now since i got to finish writing my creations first. I will always stay in touch. Should it ever come to that worst case synario in your life. Example... if i took what created Illustrations, stories, poetry that flows with my creation, and sold my creation to a company Sony. they will own the copyright to my creation. I would not be able to continue to carry on and create under my creation. why because i sold that right to do so with Sony, and cashed the cheque. The fan part i can do, under fair use and long as i do not make any profit from it, however if i decoded to publish and sell i would have to get permission from Sony to do so First. Since since i sold my creation to them A C&D would be a cost Effective Solution and the first step they will take, Lawsuits are after the fact, ( if the person does not comply to a C&D ) This would be the Obvious outcome. Should Hasbro decided they want Harmonize Entertainment to Scrap anything MLP related that they own. A C&D is what they will send them First.. however since the show almost sold to Disney, yet before the deal was final, hasbro scrapped the sale to disney. If the company nearly sold the MLP franchise once, what are the odds that this could happen again? Also should disney in the future end up buying MLP or even the Company Hasbro with all assets included. what will be the fate of Equestrian tales? Hasbro is lienient with fans, however disney is not as Lienient, and take Extreme Measures to Protect their property. Ponies are Common, and i even achieved erasing the word pony creating a unique word that gives my creation a more Distinctive effect. .. Example .. when some one talks to you about ponies , you know they are talking about Hasbro MLP. however when someone talks to you about Clyonies, and A Clydra Etc.. You will not confuse this with hasbros MLP because, its something you never herd of. common sense That is why i took Extreme Measures to make my creation totally stand out. From Hasbro. They do not own the Idea writing stories about ponies.. However the work they created about ponies they own, stories, charecters, pony designs, etc. there is nothing illegal about creating your own pony world as long as its is Distinctive, Unique and so original that it truly stands out from prior pony shows and pony content created by others. If i kept referencing ponies in my content, this would obviously cause confusion, however since giving Each of my Species their own unique creative. name Example Clyoines. that boat has sailed, Hasbro is History.. I got a major project to do. Novels and Coloring books. you need to focus comparing my creation with Hasbro's Directly. Since they are the ones with IP of The MLP Franchise. so unless hasbros MLP every female has furry underbellies fur inside their ears and furry fluff on their hooves, and every male has the same with the difference small beard like under their chin. And white Patch on their nose. like in my creation, i got nothing to worry about. Remember Finding Nemo and Shark Tales. about fish however totally different. A Bugs Life and Antz About ants only different. Is Disney the only one to have the exclusive right to do movies about ants and fish only..?? No. the idea is one thing no one can own. i can even write my own wizard world. True JK Rowling Written Harry Potter however its not Illegal to write your own magical world and write a Story of you charecter. "'Drake Evans Stone'' he is the only wizard able to wield magic without a Wand. For he was Born with Magic in his Heart and Soul. in this world the human race, only a few possess magic ability, however they need a wand to unleash their magic power. Drake is the only charecter in this world who has the ability to unleash his power without a wand. the Gifted Magical few in the Human Race, journey far into the Forest of the Shining Glow Tree. There they come to a Beautiful Carefully Crafted Massive Cottage made from a Large 1000 year old Oak Tree. in the middle of the thick dense forest. In the Cottage they share their skills and talent with each other, they keep records in journals in how they advance their skills, so that future gifted magical humans can learn from the magical elders of the past.. however as much as there are Gifted magical humans there are Evil Magical Villians as well. whom desire to control all those who wield magic. A magical Spell is cast where only the humans who have the Rare ability to wield magic can see it. in my world magic is considered Evil, and if you dare use the powers in the Human world you are Placed in prison and your wand is destroyed forbidding you to ever use your magic again. In Harry Potter books you can replace your wand should it get broken, in my world. once your wand is taken and destroyed you will never be able to wield magic again. Huge difference.. there is far more to this story.., And yes this one was playing in my head while i was Creating Crystal Frost Stories.. so yes I have the Ability to write Stories beyond what has already been done True Harry Potter Inspired me to Create this new Story "'Drake Evans Stone.'' you just read however it has its own path, and its far away from Harry Potter. Only thing they have in common between the two is magic however totally Different.. PS this is my First written Story Idea, of magic in the Human World. Granted designs needed a redo, so i created brand new Words for my Species to go with my New designs .. Clyony, Batalution, and many many more. charecter names need to sound not pony like so i chosen to mix human names within my creation (Ross Forest) and (Lisa May Flower) and ( Harry Von Trotter ) Just a few examples.. "'The Story of The Clyonies'' is not connected with hasbro what so ever. i erased every reference of hasbro from it. example habros saddle bag... my refrences Back Pouch, or Side Pouches.. Hasbro IP is ''My Little Pony'' My Creation (Property of Laurie Ann Garland) IP is ''Land of the Clyonies'' yes i even got a Copyright Certificate for my creation too. to further protect my creation.. i also paid Lion Cub Creations to Plush My 3 Core Charecters Here is Skyler so far.. Zane, dressed In battle armor, finishing up packing his Back Pouch.''Charolette, I have to go, the Dragons have burned so much of the kingdoms, many have sadly perished in the flames.'' reaching for his sword on a high shelf. " The dragons are now atacking small villages. I have to help, do something, defeat those dragons.'' looking at his love, seeing her tears .'' Weather hasbro produces better shows or not, they own their own studio now. so who knows how they will move. Like you say they might offer to Buy Harmonize Entertainment, or they might give them a C&D because Equestrian Tales show is over shadowing theirs. or They might sue, forcing them to remove anything that connects to the MLP Brand. regardless Hasbro Owns MLP weather we like it or Not, and they decide what they want to do with the franchise. Its there call. Why would they need to Purchase Equestrian Tales? they already own the MLP Franchise already, many of the Writers for Equestrian Tales were past Writers to hasbro, however the company did not want most of their content so in the end they let them go. so the Ex Writers got on board with Harmonize Entertainment. another thing you are missing Hasbro Makes TV series not just to Entertain People, its a Effective way to advertise to push merchandise on the market. 1.) They are a Toy Company. If Equestrian Tales over shadows G5 this will not only affect rating, it will also Effect Toy sales from the G5 line. watch this clip what they say is truth, the TV series do not make the Company money, in the past days it did however not anymore. Its the sales of Merchandise from the TV series that Decide the faith of a TV show.. main reason many series get cancelled, true the decline of viewers will have impact, however #1 reason series are canceled toy sales fall. 1) Hasbro bought their own studio 2) they decided to Scrap MLP FIM series, its getting rushed out, sad really. 3.) They are Rebooting MLP with G5. more now merchandise to sell. someone piggybacking of their Franchise, they do better than the owners Who own the franchise do will get a C&D or a Lawsuit. The only way hasbro will get Serious on writing better stories, is when there is something created to compete with the MLP Brand.. they are the only Pony show going, and an effective one at that. Unless someone comes up with their own Pony show that knock hasbro off their Pedestal, and puts them in Copeteition Mode. This will force them to get serious on creating a better series than the competition. however until this happens Hasbro rules the pony (MLP) Relm. They call all the shots. what Keeps the MLP Franchise is not only the Popularity of the series, however the toy sales is the Key Role. Thank You..

The TV series have Improved however the toy line is seriously dumb down. Generation 1 Toys are Epic, at least they had a mix of variety. Not like 50 rainbow dashes, Each one Tweaked to resell back to the Victims. Generation 2 toys Epic Fail They were like action Figurines.. Generation 3 Toys were an Improvment, however they start to get lazy with rerelease of the same toy, with a tweak improvment, however still the same dam pony. however the tv series Was Horrid, Darling Darling Darling... Great for babies and pre-schoolers However i hate watching that show more than anything. all girls no boys.. G4 TV Series Mega Improvment however toys i never bought one. im not going stuff my house with 50 rarity one is Way enough thank you. no one will beat g1 toys, and the G1 At lease hat some creative stories,

Hasbro has made the Decision to End MLP FIM at Season 9. Scrap the FIM series and Decided to make A Reboot G5 TV Series. What honestly makes you think that If hasbro does this, they will allow you all to Continue On with the FIM series? they want the viewer the focus on the New MLP Reboot, having someone on the sidelines making a series out of their past series, and the viewers pony fan split to watch one over the other, will not sit well with hasbro. True you have been in hasbros good graces for a very long time, However how can you Trust a business who steels content from other and use it in their shows? not going to go in detail here, however if they broken trust from others, what makes you think they will not do the same to you and your team? This is one Statement you said in your Post.... As Dash once said, i"f you want them to notice you, you got to make them notice you.'' could you please be so kind to elaborate on what you mean by this Statement. hasbro just bought Boulder Media Animation Studio... This is a Major Step on hasbro's Part. Doubt they will let anyone make Animation Series and Movies, now that they invested in their own studio. They might let Fans do they fan stuff, however Outshine what their studio makes, I fear you will not Get a C&D. But a Lawsuit, should the viewer's split to what your team makes. And worst Case Synario, Hasbro sells MLP Franchine to Disney, true that deal got scrapped, however if the G5 Show Tanks Big Time, and hasbro looses a lot of money, they could end up selling the Franchise to try and recover from their losses. Tangled Has that Classic style of Music and it fitx Perfectly with the style since its olden days, Even How To Train your Dragon has Epic powerful music, however they are in the Big Time movie level. granted they have a series and their music is So Cool Love it. I love to violin ( Fiddle ) a Classical yet Very beautiful Instrument, Harp Music is Beautiful too.. Love the flute, and Lute.. too. Accordian and Bagpipes are cool classic music too..

I forgot too add when it comes to modern theme songs your team beats Disney's Sofia The First theme Song.. The Music Theme song is Horrible in Sofia series and the Lyrics is Crap as Hell,. We get it She is went from Peasant to Princess, DUH.So Annoying being reminded every episode.. do not bother to watch it no more, theme song too annoying. I Love the TV Series Tangled Theme Song, totally kicks all your shells, Love their Theme Song.. I so want to know the ending, will we ever see the inventor, i find his charecter really cool. however TMNT 2012 TV Series Theme song Kicks all your shells yes including all disneys theme songs,, however their updated TMNT 2012 Theme Song got a Makeover, and your Theme music Kicked their Shells Right Back. However its not the Music that makes the Show, art or Story. Its a perfect combination of 4.. Tangled is Perfect , music and Songs, charecter design, and the The Story Sofia series is ruined by their Annoying theme Song. True TNNT Kicked all your shells however they went off the track and crashed Horrid update theme Song, and the story went off the track Keep up the Great Work.

It looks like the hippo-griff Kingdom above and Below water.. That is what the artist was Drawling.. At first i thought it was a Hot air balloon, Then i thought OMG Sea Ponies. until they went up further on the paper, and drew a hippo-griff. Then i finally figured what they were drawling.. The music, And yes i love all kinds of music, Except Heavy metal. This Music is Epic... however this new music to this piece you added today. No that music Piece... pass... if someone was singing to the music number t might change my mind. However I'm going to keep giving it a chance.. I written an Exclusive Poem called ''A Poppy To Remember'' in honor of our war Vets whom sacrifice Their lives and souls so we will live in Peace and be free.. Canada and USA War Vets of the Past Present and the Future. I was choked up as i written every word, i still tear up every time i read it out to others. The problem in all society is not guns, vans or knives, we had that stuff in our countries in long ago. It is the decline of moral people in our society and the Increase of Immoral People in Society. Look at France Europe, and even Sweeden. they opened their borders to all walks of life. And what was the Results those Places look like Crap. This is what happens when you let in a Massive wave of Immoral People into your Country. Donald J Trump was wise to take the need of secure borders seriously.. He warned these places, they ignored now they look worse that the local Dump in Canada. would you live your life behind unlocked doors, Heck No. well Now you understand what I truly Mean.

The reason you never had a C&D is because, you did not have the series up and running for people to watch and see, they had nothing to worry about. If they see a decline of viewers in their content and notice an increase in viewers in you and your teams content.. Then Yes you will get a C&D. True you are helping stop early leaks of their content. And you are trying to stay in their good graces. however they are a toy company, the only reason they make the MLP TV series and movies is to sell merchandise to the viewers and fans. That is why they plan to Scrap MLP FIM G4 and Jump on MLP G5 to make new merch to sell off the series However just because they plan to Scrap MLP FIM does not mean they will easily give people a free pass to keep going with it. Disney loves to dominate entertainment content, True MLP slipped from their hands already, however Disney has ways to get what they want. If you already have a back up plan, why not move forward with that plan instead. I still believe people would just Love your TV series and movies, Myself included, even if they are not Hasbro ponies i felt the same way as you all... At the start I had the similar hopes, hasbro would take my creation and make movies and a series out of it. However many told me that they get TV pitches for MLP a lot. the only intrest they would have is in the charecter i created. However they advised me to move away from MLP and go my own path. And Voila i not only created something far away from MLP, Bonus it competes with their content. Not the MLP FIM stuff that is junior stuff, however It will compete with their G5 Fantasy Violence Series they plan to make Granted my content is directed to a much more mature crowd.. and the project is Grown very well. creating new villans new charecters and building Into my story base.. their magic ability is unique and i still tinker more getting into depth of their charecter.. I have one Question, What will Happen to Equestrian Tales should hasbro sell MLP franchise to Disney ? They sold MLP to them once, however before the deal was final, hasbro scrapped the sale. If hasbro proceeds with G5 who know hopefully for MLP fans it will be a SucCess however if it tanks, there is a Chance they Might put the franchise up for sale again. should Disney buy the MLP franchise from hasbro a second time, and the deal is finalized. then what will be the Fate of Equestrian Tales? Don't mean to sound all gloom and doom. However its always wise to factor in all worse case situations. If it ever comes to this, let me know...
