  1. "Homo Deus - A brief history of tomorrow" by Yuval Noah Harari
  2. Aquarium. Oooh, now when I started to reminisce that, I really want to buy a fish tank or plant terrarium!
  3. At the moment I'm obsessed with Duolingo. Tried the app out after friend recommended it, and oh boy, my cave man brains were hooked at the very second. Educational yes, but also poison for sleeping pattern...
  4. As for everyday drinks, plain old Earl Grey tea. Never been a coffee drinker or fan of fizzy stuff. For alcoholic beverages? Eh, maybe Pilsner Urguel...? You, sir, are either a total madman or a pure genius I have to give it that a try sometime
  5. *checks calendar* Five weeks ago. I try to visit there at least once or twice per year. When living in relatively small country, all the best museums, cultural institutions, art galleries, events... well, everything, is centered to the capital
  6. This is made by AI? This looks lightyears ahead of those ones people shared on social media some time earlier. Impressive! Sure, it might be a different program used but still, could have fooled me. You peaked my interest, have you some other AI generated pics that might not be as well done and close to the description? Something that shows they were created by a machine. What is the name of that AI/app/program being used?
  7. When growing up, I didn't care for majority of the new pop songs they played on the radio. Emo, pop rock, r&b, edm... pretty much everything and anything that would be popular enough to climb up the charts. (Not perhaps issue of quality but quantity and repetition though...) The one music style I remember myself consistently disliking was hiphop. Younger me wasn't impressed, wasn't a fan But, as often with these things, sooner or later nostalgia kicks in and now decade later I find myself kinda liking those songs/genres
  8. Remarkable advancement already between the two drawings. Keep up the good work! Something about the stick-pony and it's expression really made my day
  9. Been stuck indoors for the better half of the week due to covid quarantine. Luckily after full set of vaccinations, only symptom I seem to have is the cabin fever

Well, at least I got break from work and chance to visit this corner of internet again :P

  10. Last food I ate was some leftover Mother's day cake from yesterday
  11. Hi and welcome! Your profile pic looks great, hopefully we'll get to see more of your art in the future Have fun and enjoy your stay!
  12. Nice! It's always interesting to see comparison between draft and the final result
  13. The Cooler (2003) I have always liked William H. Macy, he has this 'everyman' charisma to him, a lovable scamp charm. Enjoyed the film too, though the shady Vegas atmosphere and old school jazz-soundtrack were perhaps bit over the top at times. Still, snazzy and pleasant movie
  14. I guess my favorite is the basic western 'dragon' with four legs and pair of wings. At least that's what I'm grown custom to I remember when I saw 'Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire' for the first time and was taken back by the 'wyvern' variant In Game of Thrones I didn't mind it too much though
  15. Hercule Poirot film 'Death on the Nile' Can't go wrong with Agatha Christie!
  16. These look great! You were able to capture the spirit of G4, yet still make the characters look original. I really dig those round and soft, stylized outlines
  17. Oh wow! I really liked Spark and their original design -especially the teeth gap!- but the shaded colors you chose in the second one were just spot on. Looking good!
  18. Heh, love those empty eyes and blank bird expressions This gave me a good chuckle and made my day, great work
  19. Huh, we have had a myriad of new people joining in lately More the merrier, glad that you too found our little corner of the interwebs I hope you enjoy your time here, have fun making new friends!
  20. This is adorable I think the sketchiness you mentioned works in it's favor. Those open, vibing outlines look great and match with the music you chose. Good job, keep it up
  21. Hi and welcome to the forums! Seen some of the art you posted here, hopefully there's more where that came from Have fun and enjoy your stay!
